  • It was pretty unhealthy so I wouldn't suggest it. I was heavy in college. I starved trying to pass some really hard classes, especially during finals one semester. It was pretty intense and grueling.

  • It happened without me even taking notice of it practically. The good news is that I passed that awful math class, the bad news is I still have to go back and complete three more. SUCKS!lol

  • But its been about three years now so this is how I kept it off (healthier).I rarely excercise but I do love to excercise in groups and classes. I love incorporating veggies in almost everything I eat, and everything I eat has a purpose.

  • If you eat with a purpose you can eat what you enjoy while making sure you are actually cleansing your body at the same time. So here is a small list:

  • 1. Increase the quality of what you eat a. Buy "Juice" not "drink" drink is a bunch of chemicals from labs to taste like something when its really not 2. Eat your pastas and meats with plenty of tastey veggies 3. Throw the white bread away and eat only "whole grain" bread (usually its brown in color), whole grain cleans your intestine and keeps you regular naturaly, it cleanses you from the inside out

  • 4.Drink plenty of water (if this is hard then start with juice and then dilute it gradually till you get used to plain water too) 5. Eat often as you can small portions or one large portion mid day and snack on yogurt at night or fruit with toast.

  • Last, pay attention to your tummy. If you ate till the point where your tummy is not flat the next day you need to eat way less until your tummy is flat again. If you don't eat too much your tummy should be flat the next morning after you have digested the contents. :)

  • Oh, find something you love whether it be working with children, jumping rope, dancing or kick boxing, when you do something you love you will come back for more and more and food will be the last thing on your mind. :)
