Flying like crazy for hitting traffic (it should have stayed this way - but I guess noobs cried about it so in newer ones you don't budge at all after hitting them)

Drag Racing (To me this one has the BEST drag races in all of the Nfs games)

Minus:

Unnecessarily long and tedious races

Handling (For an arcade game, even Nfs3 hot pursuit had a better one)

No car damage (really.. why not?.. makes me feel like this game was made for scrubs)

Underground 1 and 2 are the best NFS's because they were out the time of when Fast and Furious was in its prime also so the underground and street racing scene was THE SHIT. They should stop making all these shitty ass racing games that are trying to be simulations like GT and Forza and go back to street racing like on the Undergrounds, we'd all prefer that shit for sure and the soundtracks to them games were worth the money alone ha ha. @khalifaIamme but this was the biggest progress, EA started making NFSU and NFSU2 at same time and when NFSU cames out it was the only game with tuning, after year NFSU2 with free roam was released but there was only added few cars, bit larger tuning options and free roam. for me, NFSU is no.1 in racing games and its my most favourite game ever

Upgrading was useless because the game had rubberbanding AI which made the enemy cars just as fast as you no matter how fast you made your car so there was no point in upgrading your car.
