Yeah, I'll have to agree, when I got on a kit, I had no co-ordination with the bass, and still keeping a rhythm. I'm a lot more comfortable with it now.

But, with the guitar, it would be vice verse, playing real would help, I'm guessing.

@reltsnie Playing guitar hero isnt going to help u with real guitar, except getting ur fingers faster but thts about it because, guitar hero has only 5 frets and a real guitar has at least 22-24 or more frets and 6-12 strings, sooooo yea big difference there, im sure u couldve figured out tht on ur own, lol and if u get a good drum kit for guitar hero or rock band, yea it could help u, but a basic, stock drumkit for those games dont rly fit a real drumset.

the reason people find drums harder than the guitar is because of the movement when you play guitar your hands hardly move apart from you five fingers trying to hit every note. but with drums you pretty much have to move both your arms very fast to hit all the pads so you are garanteed more mistakes.
