The 2 times that I rode Superman: The Escape, I put both my arms up into the air. It is that fun.

That launch can get everyone by suprise. It is also hard to believe that this was really big news and that 7 years later, Al Roker would do something similar to this when Revenge Of The Mummy: The Ride opened up at both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Florida. Kingda Ka blows this ride away. 0 to 128 in 3.5 seconds. Superman the Escape gets to 100 in 7 seconds.

You maybe right on that, but remember that we might not be able to have either Top Thrill Dragster or Kingda Ka if it were not for Superman: The Escape (the very first roller coaster to go higher than 400 feet (the ride itself stands at 415 feet))
