  • this stuff is great! i use a preworkout like this except i add ajinomoto bcaas,creapure,electromuscle,k­iller qc, and gatorade. best pumps ever! awesome endurance.

  • also just a couple things that bugged me... keep that left arm straight cuz once u start getting into big weights that bicep will pop like a rubberband.. also its called a deadlift cuz its dead weight.. if ur not letting it stop on the ground its not a dead lift

  • You my friend seem like an idiot! You used gatorade that is full of electrolites then added more.. Then you say electrolites and creatine give you a pump? I dont know if you are aware of this but bloodflow is what causes a pump. I dont think creatine or electrolites will help you with that. NO supplements dialate your blood vessiles which, increases bloodflow. And the reason alot of people use preworkout supplemelts filled with caffine is they need motivation to get into the gym.

  • @windex708 First, if your going to call me an idiot, spell ELECTROLYTES correctly. Second, creatine and sodium will help you with a pump, but yes, the body does bring blood to the muscle when working out. Third, NO supplements are a complete scam. never have they been proven to increase nitrates level in the blood. Prove it! Caffeine releases cortisol, which is a catabolic hormone! So no, its not a good idea. If you need caffeine to get motivated to workout, then theirs something wrong.

  • @AdverbAdjective No I dont eat breakfast but your right. You should eat. Most likely after 8 hours of sleep your going to be in a catabolic state. Muscle wasting. So drinking a protein shake in the morning is a good idea. I would say drinking oatmuscle with a hydrolyzed protein is the best thing preworkout.

  • try N'Sane pre work out formula, you will rip your freaking arms off and get freaking huge and start bithcing at the gym to get more freaking weights because you cant lift enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!! or you can take a nice formula and go get your baby sleep. 34 inch pythons over and outttttttttt

  • love protein factory but there was an interesting thread on bb.com in the science section, it was a debate about potent anti-oxidants having an effect on muscle gains. Apparently they should be avoided around training times. you should check it out...it seemed pretty validated.

  • @moss4life100 Jack3d is just a stimulant product. If it took out the creatine and the Arginine it would do the exact same thing. Arginine has never been proven to actually work for blood flow or NO production. GlycoCarn however has, but is extremely overrated. The preworkout in this guys vid is great. I actually like Gatorade's pre workout. I also like Plasmatic by EST. That stuff works and is stimulant free.

  • @moss4life100 jacked is nothing more than a crazy supplement to get you wired. Its does nothing for muscle growth. YOu need protein,c arbs, electrolytes, and anti-oxidants pre and postworkout. Arginine does NOT give you a pump. The pumps are from you simply working out. Caffeine is actually catabolic, muscle wasting, two steps forward..one step back.

  • Pineapple juice is usually available canned in any supermarket, not refrigerated, so in the same aisle as the V8, I imagine. I keep hearing coconut water touted as a natural electrolyte beverage, but would it be more of a recovery drink?

  • @UncaAndoo Yeah, you can get it at most supermarkets. The most common brand is Dole. They have it in a can, as mentioned above, and they also have it frozen. Coconut water has always been interesting - its been touted as a 'natural sports beverage' - but the price is a deterrence for me.

  • Alex... what do you think about using Pineapple juice instead of Gatorade? That way you can still get the carbs but also have the added benefit of bromelain.

  • @SuperMike3288 never really researched pineapple juice before. But I'll tell you right now that I favor it over Gatorade. I favor anything natural over processed krap like glucose, dextrose, and/or maltodextrin. Im going to try that. where do you get pineapple juice?
