  • very nice

    keep with your training!

  • That guy looked like me the first day i did parkour well i mean how he moved.

  • this guy probably had never been in a gym to train. its very difficult this way. but people who learn parkour this way (training alone with no one to teach them and with no gym) are heroes!

  • dude, why cant he clear the fuckin stairs?! its like....what 4ft? fuckin pussy ass bitch..

  • do something you are good at try jerking off whit those hand moves that will be your new talent

  • Omg everyone can do that..

  • true...

  • parkour is not what it is, but what you belive, yeah maybe somepeople can do that, it's still an effort work and people should appreciate that(not chinese though:p)

  • Chinese parkour?but why without chinese???

  • CRAP AS FUCK !

  • 0 stars

  • the music killed the video

  • what the fuck is it? it's sucks

  • Song name?plz

  • awesome playground.but gotta train several years

  • worst music ever

  • thats not parkour, a 12 year old overweight kid can do that

  • then how come i dont see your 12 yr old FAT ASSS doing this huh?

  • these guys have an awsome envirnment, yet they don't really use it creatively...

  • dude u sucks as murder does lol)))))))))))))))

keep training and take some roll lessons from ur granny xD

  • there guys are not chinese

    but o well pretty good

  • ps. nice video sir.

  • for fellow tracuers yall are douche bags with all the shit talking.

  • when i watch these videos i base my opinion on how much better the people are than myself [i'm fit but i don't do parkour :( ] and i could do all of that...i'm awful at rolls, but yours look so wooden as if you just rolled for the sake of the movie that i could probably do them to that standard..

  • lol

...... keep at it and second 45 LMAO

  • pff... i can do those things with closed eyes... wtf in second 45??

  • Looks good, but would be nice to have some better video quality ... half the time it's just a smudge of pixels and you can't really tell what's going on.

  • hey nice video looks like fun, always remember as long as you enjoy what you do, what ever it is you rock at it. keep it up

  • mo sbocco...

  • suck all my dick

  • whats with the music..

  • You've got a lot of moves down, and rolls. You just need to do harder stuff. I mean, a lot of people can do that, you're not pushing yourself.

  • this can't be a serious vid.. :S

  • When did parkour become about one-upmanship? Once again "my flow is better than you flow" has perverted something pure.

  • Lol.. Dont write "I have seen better", everybody has seen better omg o.O Im also doing parkour, and i have also seen better then mine o.O Omg, everybody has seen better if they just have seen david belle o.O

  • Nice moves but I don't think the music really suits it well.

  • really light, and.... is not the music!!!XD

  • I've senn better, much better!!

  • this is amaruristic.

  • I liked the portrait shooting - but work on your rolls - dont include stuff that doesnt get u anywhere as in when u double back on yourself, keep training, and use better omre energetic music.

  • i thjnk this is the kinda stuff i did at 12 years old .. as fun.. its an adult .. quite sad.

  • we don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing. loosing all passion for life is much sadder than occasionally falling on your ass. nice vid guys.

  • wow you really don't understand parkour then do you.

  • Wow, it kills that with your amount of brain power you can even operate a computer.

  • Gosh dangit i freakin love parkour. Like seriously last weekend was my first time to actually go out specifically to do parkour and by the end of the day we had all the workers who got off the train (we were at a train station) to stop and watch us for minutes because we were jumping huge gaps with even bigger drops. Its my drug.

  • well atleast if theres a fire in the building youre gonna be able to get out faster then everyone else

  • That music sucks

  • quite a nice video... not bad for your 8th month... You clearly have the capability to be a good traceur with nice flow but I think right now you need to work on conditioning and then technique... you could try what I do which is.. have 2 days of conditioning during the week (tuesday and thursday.. that way you do something then get a day to rest before you do another thing) and then have a weekend day for technique (I choose Saturday)

  • "very nice... but i expected a chinese guy"

    haha lol me too

  • Awesome. Very smooth style.

  • Lmao Pretty Good... I Can Do Most Of That, And Im 13.

  • very nice... but i expected a chinese guy

  • exactly how is it CHINESE parkour????

  • I don't know what you guys are talking about, this music is sweet!

I think this is a good video. Makes me wanna go outside myself. You know what? Yes, I'm gonna go outside and play myself. See ya!

  • work on flow, you also need to improve your parkourvison, you could have gotten so much more out of those areas, it was more of a drilling vid

  • nice places to practice, i like the movie !

  • That wasn't very good. You guys don't do anything other then the basic stuff.

  • Basics are the most important thing in Parkour. IMO people should be practicing the basics ALL of the time and should drill no more than the basics for at least 8 months.

  • 8 months....wow...what do u consider basics/

  • Rolls and nothing more than basic vaults on a regular 3 foot railing just to get the movements down. During those 8 months you should be CONDITIONING your body, not practicing parkour movements.

  • Sir, I do not agree. I am on my 2nd week and I have moved from solely basics. However, I do dedicate every other day to the basics. ROlls are very important though. I guess taking martial arts previously helped on that end

  • I don't understand this mindset where people think they can just go headfirst into "big" moves. In the end, the person who waits will go further. I have seen it countless times.

  • Dude, I thought about it and I get ya. And I never said big moves. I am talking about stuff that I know is within my capabilities. That is the first principle of life for me. Know thyself. To press forth is what brings the brightest fruit. Those that wait can also feed their feear. But I do think it is best to gain a firm foundation first. I know despite my short time, there are areas that still require work, but one must go forth to overcome that which they can...knamean?

  • I didn't see your reply until after i posted my reply to you. I know it may seem like a certain move is in your capabilities but really, it may not. It's not the fact that you can do it, it's the fact that you can continue doing it without hurting yourself. Most injuries in Parkour are not immediate ones but injuries due to deterioration. I'm glad you understand what I mean, though.

  • BTW, my first comment was directed to DrUnoriginal's comment.

  • scratch my earlier comment.... I get what u mean

  • Haha nice video...yeah the music is kinda meh.

  • u have pretty good technique...i dont really like the choice of music though...at least for a parkour vid...but over all pretty good...

check out me and my friend ben's vid...its more free-running style than parkour.

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=u6X7TXounoo

  • good.. Technique wise.. however, u need to add in speed.. im taking dat this is ur video.
