Nice shooting, I have the same except it is pilliared not bedded. i traded the hoag stock and put a HS precision on it. Bedded it, and put a super sniper scope on it. Cheesy name great scope so far. finished it off with duracoat. All Work done by the guys at TTI in glen allen VA.

Love this rifle! I have a Vortex Viper 6.5X20 44mm on mine. I load up 168gr Match Kings using Varget and can put 3 rounds in 1 hole at 100 yards at the range. Haven't shot it any further then 100 yards yet but it doesn't get any better then what ive seen out of it so far! Talk about bang or the buck!!

Looks like a Remington 700 SPS Tactical w/ a heavy bull barrel. At 1st I thought it might be an LTR, but it doesn't have the fluted bull barrel the LTR's come with....

I like watching the vapor trail of the bullet when shooting the steel. Nice video and excellent shooting. One nice weapon you have there, gonna have to try that top of truck rest. sure beats the heck outta fighting the chiggers laying prone, lol!!!!

Just to let you know, you dont have to worry about the barrel getting too hot. I have a SPS Tactical (.308) and shoot 20 - 40 rounds in a thirty to an hour period. I've had my rifle around six months and placed 500+ rounds through it, and still outperforms alot of rifles. Good choice.

My wife bought the identical rifle for my birthday last May and this is by far the sweetest rifle to shoot from my little arsenal. The trigger is so sweet and snaps perfectly and much like Brandon401401 also posted, i was shooting tight groups within the first 3 rounds once the scope was dialed in. That is one bad ass gun, I got the same one. I threw a h.s stock on it, and had the barrel threaded and put on a muzzle break. I shot it at 1000 yds last summer, and it was accurate as hell. There some great rifles and thats a great model. Right now i have an I.O.R valdada 3.5-18x50 scope on it. Its one hell of a set up.

You might wanna try some 168 to 175 grain bullets. I pretty much have the same rifle and with that 1/12 twist you should have no problem stabilizing them. :-)
