yeah the best I've seen is a 180Hp motor. I have have my Eye on one that looks real nice but the wheel pants its sporting woud have to go and slap some 29's on it.

I do not think there is an STC for the Franklin 220 in a PA-20. You could always try a field approval, but I wouldn't hold your breath. A PA-20 with a 220 would sure be a hot rod!
