@beerbunny123. Most in my area around what you describe are between $3500-$4000. If they Really wanna sell it you might get it around $3k. Most around 02 have closer to 25-30k miles as well. Good luck with it.

I have the exact same bike with the cobra pipes, I mine fires up the first time everytime as well. IMHO, the 750 is the perfect size bike, not too big, not too small, handles great with all that power.

dude, they're forward controls. He bought them somewhere else, honda shadow's DONT come stock with them

thats how all of the shadows are. personally, i was a sports bike person my whole life, I owned a bunch of them. so when i bought my honda shadow vlx 600, the forward pegs did feel a little weird with balance and sitting position. but i did get used to it very quickly.

he has added forward controls meaning he moved the foot controls and pegs ferther away than stock to be able to strech out your legs

I had a 97 Spirit, VT1100, yes it is shaft drive. The 1100 Shadows are pretty much bulletproof. Doing carb work is tricky, the carbs are sort of jammed into the frame. Reliable bike. Never had a problem in 9 years and 40K miles. Too bad Honda doesn't make the 1100 line any more, I would buy another one. The Spirits were fast, the ACE line less so.
