@curryfunkygu you can try it with "instant pudding" too, which doesn't require boiling but merely mixing the pudding powder with milk. It freaks me out a little to not cook it though, so I didn't use instant pudding mix. Just so you know - there's an even stupidly simpler option :)
Make your own pudding and whipped cream for a much better flavor.
