Sad to just read the writer of this song, Ronnie Scaife, died in Tn early this month of an aneurism. Though only 63, he is survived by his wife of 41 years and three sons. What a talented artist. He made a mark.
Shylo had a hit with this in 1976 on their Flower of the South album. Maybe even a slightly better rendition altho Reba is superb. Ronnie Scaife wrote it I believe.
I love this song and Reba.

Can't touch Shylo's version.... No voice sounds like the one of Ronny Scaife.
