Id really like to see some exercises that I could throw in to help my legs stop burning up when I'm boxing. Do you think Agility ladders are the best way to go??
hello jhashey! Really like your videos since I´ve got some problems in my shoulders. I need to strengthten my rotator cuffs, but the problem is that with typical exercises to do that I suffer of contracture in my trapezius, any advice on that? It would be very appreciate it . Thanks a lot and keep going!
@jhashey both traps, it is a pain in the ass, because I want to stregthten my rotator cuffs but instead I suffer of contracture. Thanks for the fast reply!
@jhashey sorry I post in the wrong place, the messge is "both traps, it is a pain in the ass, because I want to stregthten my rotator cuffs but instead I suffer of contracture. Thanks for the fast reply!" Many thanks indeed.
@rriver76 if there is no joint injury, try halos in your program (search my channel if you aren't familiar, I have a form video). Full range is crucial on them though to activate the traps.
Great video. I have used some of the exercises for my prehab routine and my bench already feels healthier. I don´t want to bug you again, but if you could find the time for a strengthen your hips/hip health video, me and perhaps some other older lifters would appreciate it.
@dante1981 Hip health is crucial - I can see that being a good series coming up in the next few weeks - perhaps kick off the New year with it. Thanks!
Hey Joe once again great stuff! Do you have a program or recommed specific exercises for grapplers? Would like to maintain strength without sacrificing flexibility.
COMPEX ROCKS BRO.

@mikenfl84 For the Presses? Yes. Any specific neck pain or just stiffness? Thanks for commenting!

will those 3 exercises serve as an entire workout? or could i db/bb press light or heavy whatever im doing that day first?
IhAvIk93 3 months ago
@IhAvIk93 These are not a full workout, Sorry for that confusion. I would typically do something heavy first, then these. Good luck!

Hey Joe, great vid! I'd really like to see a video with a proper plyo workout, full body if possible.
