This is a Yamaha Apex engine built by us (One Stop Performance) It indeed is a snowmobile engine! The engine is Turbocharged with no nitrous.

and those import guys talk so hight about making big power on a small motor, this just blows them away lol, 562 hp on a 1L rx-1 engine is pretty damn impressive

I seriously doubt that's a turbo. More likely than not it's a stage 3 SC with nitrous assist.
