I pushed 300 @ 160 pounds yesterday at a gold gyms competition much smoother then this. My max is 330 @ 160 at 18 yearsold. planning on hitting 365 before 19.
this pisses me off....im 250 lbs muscular....i have 19 inch arms and ive been weight lifting over 20 years and i struggle with 240!! yet it seems like any 17 year old kid can bench 300 wtf??
that skinny guy in the video that does not look like 300 to me.
my version of 300 lbs i have 5 plates on each side spanning a foot wide and when i dead lift it the bar bends like a bannana, so either im genetic garbage, ppl are lying or my weights are 200 lbs heavier than i thought. something dont add up.
I dont know what kind of plates you have,but olympic plates are 45lbs and the bar is 45lbs. but your right its strange the bar doesnt bend.if your deadlifting 300 and struggling benching 240, something is wrong.I've lifted 2 years and never taken steroids or even supplements. 16" arms, bench 225 for 10(touching my chest),curl 115 for 10(no swing), deadlift 315 for 10.maybe you need to change something in your routine. 20 years and 19" arms you should be able to push much more wheight.
