This song is a bonus track on the album named Rastaman Vibration Deluxe Edition, and the original title is Concrete (B Side). check on google and you will see man.

It was indeed The B-side to the "Jah Live" single here in the UK, and was called concrete, As many Reggae artists did back then, it was a "version" of the A-side of the single (and a damned good one in my opinion)
