A library is a great tool, and can be addicting once your in there, so in a way it's a good thing it's outside the home. The computer has improved acces to knowledge and has become more addicting in the waste of time catagory, so it's a good thing to not let your children have a computer in their bedroom, but keep a family computer for access by anyone in the house to make it less addicting, yet still there like the main phone, for when it's needed.
