  • i thought this song was by o.c.m.s?

  • and it all started with Bob D. throwing off some verses back in 1973. It still happens I hear a song that catches my ear and ask, 'who wrote that'...about 42% of the time (more or less!), it's Dylan. Up there with Mozart, Shakespeare, etc. in a couple centuries?

  • What an amazing hodgepoge of awesome musicians singing an awesome song!!! I would have freaked out if I was there!

  • this is great!

  • amazing

  • mumford and son's voices... they just don't fit this song!!! sorry, i love them, but it doesn't work with that depressing tone.

  • THIS is music.

  • @mlguar08 yes it is

  • Old Crow Medicine show is awesome.

  • i feel elated.

  • Is there a studio version of this ?

  • @cheekolemons The studio version is on Old Crow Medicine Show's self title album.

  • Someone kill me, life can not possibly get better after seeing this.

  • holy fucking shit, best combo ever

  • I'm from Johnson City, love "Wagon Wheel", and Mumford and Sons is my favorite band, so bring on 2012, I've peaked.

  • I don't know who's smiling more right now - everyone up on stage playing this, or me, sitting here watching them play.

  • how the hell is that HD ...@ Bonnaroo 2010 ( HD)

    HD is for high definition...

  • thanks for posting this! GREAT STUFF!

  • @jwardimagerydotcom so was I and I am as well!!!

  • I was there... and missed this. Kicking myself right now!

  • Also, the resonator that guy in the cap plays is siiiiick

  • @HunterBeckMusic That is a banjo.

  • @jebus03 I guess I've just not seen a banjo like that..didn't really pay attention for the close ups either

  • @jebus03 yes it is

  • If you think that the worst music that is popular in the U.S. is Kanye West, you might not have such great tastes either.....

  • Is it just me or does the guy in front of them have absolutely no rhythm when he was clapping?

  • @visitileyankee8 Its Bonnaroo. He was prob stoned.

  • You may not like the music, you may not like the song... but this is what a show should be. Even sitting here at my desk listening to this I cannot help but feel the world is a better place because all these people got to experience this.

  • I saw them in Raleigh...they didn't play this song -___- I was disappointed.

  • They are all so beautiful. Amazing!

  • This is the greatest thing ever.

  • I don't listen to alot of country music but this is one of those rare songs that transends barriers. I've heard it played by blue grass bands, punk bands and everything inbetween. This is one of those special songs that everyone wants to claim as their own. The spirit of Johnny Cash is alive ad well in this song.

  • @nwana1977 actually this was co-written by Bob Dylan and Secor the fiddle player for Old crow

  • @danielc121162 I didn't mean to imply that Cash wrote it. Just that his spirit is in it.

  • JOHNSON CITY TENNESSE!!!!

  • So much talent on one stage, AWESOME!

  • Went to the RRT concert last night, they were all amazing!! They all together at some point. You'll love it!! Have fun!

  • omg going to railroad revival tour hoping they both get up and play that together the three bands on this tour or absolutly my favorets cant wait to see them all play

  • gives me shivers.

  • damnit this is fuckin great

  • @revinevan9 Yeah, I think you're right because Ketch Secor, Willie Watson, and Morgan Jahnig are all there but Critter Fugua, Kevin Hayes, Gill Landry, and Cory Younts are not.

  • Mumford and Sons and Old Crow will both be at bonnaroo this year. Hopefully something this wonderful will happen again. I would love it.

  • @smileitsjames and it DID!! :)

  • I see Dave Rawlings and Gillian Welch, so that leads me to believe that this is Dave Rawlings Machine (which includes three old crow members) performing with mumford and sons. I do remember Dave Rawlings machine being at bonaroo in 2010 but dont remember old crow.

    Great Vid

  • I think I would die of happiness if I ever saw these two bands together

  • one of the best moments of my life

  • one of the best moments of my life

  • I would give up any of m concert experiences just to have been there. The atmosphere must have been incredible.

  • Bonnaroo is the perfect place for life... soo much music and sticky stuff...

  • no way i could be standin still watchin this! i cant even sit still listenin with this damn computer on my lap!

  • Mumford and Sons are really original, but they need to just leave this one to Old Crow

  • Every time Dave Rawlings pops up somewhere on the internet playing an electric guitar, I get incredibly excited.

  • where's the fiddle? sound engineer needs a slap.

  • its like a mixture of fergie and Jesus...S.B.

  • @americanmumford74 i like your username lol :)

  • This is just too much awesomness going on here, I would probably die if i tried to wrap my head around it.

  • I was so sad that I missed this. I was watching The Avetts, which was a great show! But, I got tickets to see Mumford & Sons in November, so I'm pretty excited about that!!! yay!!! :)

  • OMG, this is pure AWESOME...

  • My two favourite bands plus Gilian Welch playing one of my favourite songs. Simply amazing! :)

  • this makes me so upset that i left this set early

  • This is the best band in the world. I live 45 minutes away from Johnson City *where i got my mumford and sons tattoo at* I can't wait until they do another U.S Tour. Btw fuck all of the united states who didn't buy their E.P or sigh no more, you let australlia prove they understand way more about good music. Meanwhile we have artists like Kanye West toppiling charts? Wtf usa.

  • @Sensayofshred You got a Bumford tattoo?

  • @Sensayofshred Then you are my neighbor :)

  • @Sensayofshred I totally have it...and it KICKS ASS!!! Im in the process of learning the ENTIRE thing!! America has no fuckin clue what good music is, and Ill be the first to admit it, Im ashamed to be a child of uncle sam, at least Im 50% Irish right? lmao

  • @Sensayofshred mumford and sons are English

  • @Sensayofshred they are from London........but i AGREE my FAVORITE band....and I have a tribute tat also :)

  • @Sensayofshred why cant we have Kanye and Mumford topping charts...thats the Way I'd like it.

  • @Sensayofshred haha come on man i we love mumford and sons, dont forget fucking keith urban is austrailian

  • @Sensayofshred Kanye West is way talented. It'd just different strokes man. I hope that tattoo means more to you than just your favorite band, because it will change. I'm sure they weren't your favorite band two years ago. Most of what you see in this video are OCMS anyway! Just saying. Ye and M&S are WAY different music, and I love them both and something from every genre in between. Don't be a hater.

  • @rasliche Kanye West's talent is auto tune. Totally not the same. This is sheer perfection.

  • @Thatsillyginger he's one of the best producers of all time. He's a fantastic rapper. He had one album that was experimental that was autotune.

  • @kylesnexusone Omg! Kyle!... sorry, had a fan moment there. I do agree that he's a good producer. I'm just not a huge fan of rap so I hadn't heard much of his stuff other than the auto tuned album, which I did like. I'm just a massive fan of Mumford and Sons and Old Crow Medicine Show.

  • awesome
