Od Brege sam naučio da raja ne prihvaća ikakav novitet, ukoliko se ne naslanja na prethodne spoznaje. U slučaju Dugmeta riječ je čobanskom folkloru, duhovnoj osnovi Balkana.
Kako je u Begešu? Planiram posjetiti Vazduhoplovni muzej na Surčinu uskoro...

"Shepard rock" combined shepard heritage of the Balkans with the RNR, and it was very popular in ex Yugoslavia during 1970 and 1980s.
Today, as you probably know, Bregovic is making big money selling Gipsy heritage of the Balkans as a world music...
Well, i saw Bregovic & his band 2 times hre in Cagliari, 2007 and 2002. They were great concerts, lots of people was there, in the ancient Roman Theatre in the middle of the city.
and that 'what a gentleman treatment' remark... machismo was a popular theme in all of hard rock music of 70's it's hardly a balkan phenomena. let me quote ted nugent stanglehold "if your house gets in my way baby you know i'll burn it down... got you by a stranglehold baby,and now i'll crush your face" what a gentleman treatment:) before you start stereotyping certain nations do you're home work first and foremost. and you think you can teach others about rock music? ex yu rock? haha
well not all led zeppelin deep purple sons were song writing works of art. 'we got music in in our solar system' (space truckin') and who would forget 'squize my lemon til juice comes running down my leg' (led zeppelin lemon song)
East Europe brothers, could anyone of you translate in English (or Italian, but it doesn't matter...) the lyrics of this song? I like it very much, but serbo-croatian is not my self-confidence language :-)
