Well, the second voice actress (she was Sailor Moon for most of the first season dub, as well as the first half of R, and a smidge of the second half) wasn't half bad. But the woman who is doing Sailor Moon's voice currently... really sucks.

The French is better than the English, but that doesn't take much. The German is WAY better than both the French AND the English, but it's slightly below the Japanese.

For serious, though, anything that leaves the names essentially alone is better than the English, although Artemis' voice in French makes me want to slap people.

I'm not really a fan of either...and...her French voice actually really reminds me of the English voice. Kind of awkward and too deep. Certainly not right for the character.
