Actually, pretty much the entire SCTV cast made a ton of money doing commericals back in the 70s and 80s -- easy money for low-paid Canadian TV stars!
Although this was cute, I am disappointed that Joe has become such a corporate shill. In the old days, they wouldn't have done anything like this, especially for a company like Robers. That was Jane Eastwood there too.
There has never been a show like SCTV and Joe Flaherty was wonderful. I wish they would quit taking down the SCTV clips. Second City is nuts for complaining.
