  • This hack thinks if she waves her hand in a theatrical fashion, we won't see that she is full of

shit. dude was arrested, got a fair trial, had years of appeals, and was finally executed.

    Justice served. Next case.

  • How can normal human beings, comment on this video and say he deserved it ? Are you crazy, did your parents raise you properly ? We are talking about someone's life here. Troy Davis was innocent in this case, you would agree with me if your head worked properly. There was no physical evidence, half of the witnesses were forced to say he was the killer, & there was another suspect where the hell is he ? Was he even accused or questioned in court for what happened that night ? This is just comple

  • US LAW SYSTEM = TROY DAVIS CASE

  • @rocco7050

    Yep, and justice was served!

  • That day was a great day for the Justice System. It showed that the Court cannot be moved or persuaded by the famous or many to spare the ones they choose.

A blogger, rapper, etc will never have a place in the Justice System. That is the truth.

    Justice was served.

Troy Davis payed for his crimes.

  • They ignored THE POPE and JIMMY!!!! With no physical evidince? What the hell?

  • I wanna to know USA is wrong in justice , so how can USA judge other counties ..?????/lol..funny

  • God didn't give man promotion to take life. Matthew 7:1-2

  • Cry me a RIVER!! Should have killed this NIG yearz ago.... I love GEORGIA!!!

  • @1888CHAD8881 FUCK U how about that! Maybe they should kill ur ass.

  • @A4Khan1 4 what reason..??? if someone shot 2 ppl in your family, should they be put 2 death??? this is what he did.. shot the taxi driver,, then he beat up a bum, then shot a cop 2wice all in the sameday,,, just another crackhead off the street

  • @1888CHAD8881 There was no evidence. Just dumbasses testifying against him.

  • @A4Khan1

    Ever heard of ballasticis?

  • @1888CHAD8881 na they should have killed your mum instead.

  • He deserved what he got.

  • @trackrock999 There is no fucken evidence u dumb fuck!

  • @A4Khan1

    they always say that

  • @trackrock999 dumb fucker -.- no DNA evidence, Murder Weapon not found. so he was innocent. shut the fuck up.

  • @ManCityRoxTS

Ballistics works, especially when it ties you to two shootings on the same night!

  • So did he actually do it?

i have been watching vids on youtube anyways geting to "lethal injection"

fuck imagining you just lying on a bed TIED UP just waiting to get injected with the stuff that is suppose to kill you, in every 100 injections there is always 10 that go wrong and they will feel pain and they need another injection FUCK, and imagine being the guy who injects the person, how bad would you feel buy killing someone

  • Troy beez all deed and sheeit.

  • fuck the texas gov

  • @edwardd6681 this execution was in Georgia you dumb fuck.

  • @trackrock999 I heard from videos that it was Texas , sorry for the mistake fuck Georgia

  • think of what this guy was feeling knowing that he didnt do anything wrong.

  • I think death penalties are right in certain situations, but it wasn't even sure if the guy was guilty! I'm glad I don't live in USA!

  • THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN, AND MOST LIKELY ALWAYS WILL WALK AROUND SAYING FUUUCK THE GOVERNMENT .

  • Truly heartbreaking. R.I.P. Troy Anthony Davis.

  • i am someone who takes part of amnesty international and i have been working on this case which is absolutely cruel and i would like all of you to join amnesty and fight for peoples right and stop killing on the innocent.

    thank you

  • People die over the whole world all the time.. but I almost cried because of this inocent man counciously being killed by a corrupt system. Death penalty DOESN'T WORK OR SOVLE ANYTHING. Neither does prison. You know why I even mention prison? Cuz you know damn well that locking up people won't make them better persons.

  • @darthglowball actually it does to prevent people. less % who do it. even if it wouldnt increase it vastly( and thats just incase it didnt) it would still decreese the chance of % of crimes. And I say crimes since death penalty around the world does not always count in just murder. its drug crimes for example. it also makes 100% sure they cant do it again even if they escape. ted bundy for example.

but also justice for the victim and punishment for the scum.

  • @kissemurra12 , I know that other countries abuse death penalty. Justice isn't just about the victim (only psychologically), but about other people that could get hurt if people didn't lock up a criminal. I agree with that.. Still, solving problems with criminals (or getting 'justice') by putting them in jail for the rest of their lifes is NOT solving at all. No second chance? You only live once, there must be a better solution to jail. There's a country where criminals rehabilidate, no prison.

  • wow 7/9 witnesses recanted they said? holy fuck, fuck the justice system

  • IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA HE CAN NOT.

  • Obama cant do it but the governor can. But should the governor? The governor didnt convict him, the people did assholes

  • ♫ свобода @rtAmerica ☼ #TROYDAViS was not #EXECUTED by The United States, as a state, period. #LEARN about #FEDRALiSM when reporting on #America or don't eXpect a high #credibiLity rating for the future! ♥ #Liberty ∞

  • @ndc18 Obama spoke up in the case of an Illegal Mexican on Death Row in July of 2011. Why couldn’t Obama speak up about Troy Davis, especially when they were both State issues? If he is not legally bound to speak up on state issues; he sure did with that Mexican, and my point was that due to him receiving the Nobel peace prize, he could have wore that hat…which could make the international community recognise America as a tolerant, fair nation.

  • Imagine that.....Obama is the president of the US, has the Nobel Peace prize; but couldn't even put a word in for Troy Davis, or at least exert some influence to cancel the execution. smh

This mulatto is a danger to all black men on the planet; because he works for zionist interests.

  • @TheRedalert7 what do you mean. Can you clarify your statement please.

  • Fuck Obama, there is no more hope for USA until there is a complete overhaul of the government, and that's unlikely

  • Obama speaks a lot but doesn't take action.

  • R.I.P. Troy Davis. A man who never deserved to die

May the fat cats in power of America burn in hell

  • @JulianMichaels23 The cop he killed was innocent

Glad they got an expert like "Katie Halper" to come in and speak on the issue.

  • @stevenp25100 The cop who was murdered was innocent. Or as innocent as a cop can be. There's little proof to suggest Troy killed him. So Shush please

    R.I.P. Troy Davis!

  • I understand about 3 percent of what Jesse Jackson ever says...

  • @Mistermax30 jesse jackson understands about 3 percent of what jesse jackson says.

  • I notice that the people so anxious to return this sociopathic cop-killer to the street don't live in his neighborhood. There's a reason more than a dozen courts have looked at Davis' case and refused to overturn his death sentence. He is as innocent as every other executed man since at least 1950, which is to say, guilty as hell

  • But Davis still refused to call them -- suggesting, as the court said, that their lawyer-drafted affidavits would not have held up under cross-examination. With death penalty opponents so fixated on Davis' race -- he's black -- it ought to be noted that all the above witnesses are themselves African-American. The first man Davis shot in the car that night was African-American.

  • Only two of the seven alleged "recantations" (out of 34 witnesses) actually recanted anything of value -- and those two affidavits were discounted by the court because Davis refused to allow the affiants to testify at the post-trial evidentiary hearing, even though one was seated right outside the courtroom, waiting to appear. The court specifically warned Davis that his refusal to call his only two genuinely recanting witnesses would make their affidavits worthless.

  • When a cop yelled at them to stop, the man in the white shirt ran, then wheeled around and shot the cop, walked over to his body and shot him again, smiling. One alleged recantation, from the vagrant's girlfriend (since deceased), wasn't a recantation at all, but rather reiterated all relevant parts of her trial testimony, which included a direct identification of Davis as the shooter.

  • First of all, the state presented 34 witnesses against Davis -- not nine -- which should give you some idea of how punctilious the media are about their facts in death penalty cases. The story goes like this :two tall, young black men were harassing a vagrant in the Burger King parking lot, one in a yellow shirt and the other in a white Batman shirt. The one in the white shirt used a brown revolver to pistol-whip the vagrant.

  • FUCK THIS LIFE =D

  • What most people have not looked at is the possibility that the killing of the police officer PC McPhail was also carried out by the state. They had their reason why they wanted him eliminated. Then hired a person to do the job, a man; who after acting on behalf of the state went into the police station with is attorney to name a substitue for the killing. That would put Troy Davis to death for a crime he did not committ. This Spencer Lawton is part of the team appointed for state coverup.

  • it's another emmit till. fuck georgia

  • its bcuz hes black america is still racist smh

  • a poster just helped me break this case.

the idea that a trained armed officer would work as a dinky $7 per hour security guard in an industry that has no need for security guards, or if they did, it would be a regular security guard, means that McPhail was dealing out of the Burger King.

a police officer takes part time jobs, but they can have their pick of real security work that is interesting, well paying and uses your trainning. that's not the fast food industry.

  • the McPhails prove something along the lines of OJ.

i think Nicole's sister had something to do with her murder.

all investigations as to who killed nicole were mysteriously stopped, even though the idea that after 7 years of divorce and independent love lives for both parties for these 7 years make the idea that a jealous rage as the motive for her murder ridiculous.

another case of many parties comfortable without the real perp in custody.

  • the McPhails knew Allan was a criminal.

the law abiding families of victims want the right person tried unless they have something to lose should the truth be revealed in a trial, which is always in very compromising detai.

checking the McPhail's lifestyle to their actual income would be very revealing as to why a victim's family would stand by so many crimes that were necessary in order to execute the wrong person, and be perfectly comfortable with the actual perp running around.

  • Reminds me of "The Hurricane" by Bob Dylan, about the true story

  • The only evidence they had of troy davis were eyr witnesses. There was barely enough evidence to support that he did actually commit the crime. I hate ignorant people that keep saying there were a lot of evidence when in fact there wasnt.

  • This is utterly barbaric and repulsive. The U.S is the only (un)civilized Nation still committing state-sanctioned murder. Horrible.

  • amazing no one that could do something did nothing

this is the begginning of the end

  • This is all familliar from my history lessons... The UK had to stop the death penalty.

As there was this big show trial, again it was the death of a policeman and then after the guy was killed it turned out he was innocent & the country mourned.. when will we learn?

  • The real victim in all this was Mark macPhail.

  • Are you kidding me? No physical or DNA evidence. Wow, we really need to get out heads out of our butts and just admit he was innoncent. RIP.

  • why does american even have the death penalty

  • I am about sick of Obamas fake ass. He only cares about staying in power not about doing whats right. He is just like the rest of them that came before him

  • The biggest problem for Troy Davis was that he was a black man in the system in Georgia. This country was founded by racist. and even though things are getting better as far as race is concerned, there are still places in this country (Georgia) and people( the rossetta stonned idiot) that think and function from a place of ignorance.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheRosettaStoned, if your Dad had just shot his wad into a napkin instead of that poor woman that has to suffer you as her spawn from the bowels of hell, we wouldn't have to keep seeing your vitriolic stupidity posted here! Kill yourself too!

  • To the idiot in-bred below me, kill yourself now! Make room for sound-thinking individuals that speak from facts, not from the corner of "Deliverance Ave" and " You gotta a pretty mouth" Street! People like you make me sick!

  • Katie Halper is a fat slob. Who cares what she says. Troy Davis may not have been guilty I get that. Georgia judicial system sucks.

  • There is plenty of evidence that Davis was guilty, however, the media is leaving out information because they're using Davis as the new baby seal in that they want to out law capital punishment. Understand the left realizes it could be them someday being executed. 95% or more crimes r committed by democrats/liberals/ anarchist. Conservatives don't commit that many crimes and very few commit the crimes that would call for an execution.

1 less liberal fool parasite=several freed tax payers!

  • @ happyhooker ...

then you say " no comment " while making a comment ?!? Brilliant !

  • Even if some one is guilty I still think it would be better to give them life in prison instead of the death penalty, it just doesn't sit well with the image America tries to portray of liberty, justice and human rights.

  • THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THIS WORLD ANYMORE.

  • I don't get why anyone would be FOR the death penalty. Honestly, all it seems to satisfy is revenge which seems to be a pretty barbarian class thirst to quench. But what do I know.

  • FUCK GA

  • so he leaves his house with a .38 ,goes to a party, a guy at the party gets shot in the face with a .38 , then goes to burger king ,a homeless guy gets pistol whipped and a cop gets shot in the face with a .38 ,9 people including several that actually know him ID him as the assailant . bad luck ? uh...no.

  • not to mention he was convicted of shooting mr. Cooper with the same gun (casings matched) On the same night .

  • @LordTraer They could not "let him go" because ....he was tried, convicted and sentenced to death by a jury of his peers. Not the media or special interest groups. Again, Mr. DAVIS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CALL ALL OF THE WITNESSES TO TESTIFY IN A FEDERAL COURT,HE CHOSE NOT TO DO SO. PLEASE READ THE ORIGINAL COURT DOCUMENTS*** NO DOUBT EVER EXISTED IN A COURT OF LAW AND NEVER WILL.

  • @lovelymartyr "NO DOUBT EVER EXISTED IN A COURT OF LAW AND NEVER WILL." - You are a racist, crakkka IDIOT! No comment. SMDBH!

  • @HappyHooker83 Sorry ,but name calling and racists statements don't change facts in a court if law. It is interesting that you call me a "racist" and a " Crakka" in the same breath. So it's fine for you to assume I'm white and a racist while using racial slurs yourself ?.... genius....

  • Mistaken identity is easy enough. For instance, window & adjacent picture in watch?v=5qRO6gOhFuw; is it Traci, Tracy, Tracie? Despite Mrs. Wendell’s “no boys” admonition, a boy is in the building. Unrelated: watch?v=2iA_OXhrq4k watch?v=jMyCzMJj1YE watch?v=BMhfl9Kth2w watch?v=9bMRfhsDzEA watch?v=mN6omqkzWkE. Think watch?v=DMgt6GPt1Rg watch?v=DMgt6GPt1Rg But considering where Officer Mark Allen MacPhail died, consider watch?v=C5s-xArZvjo watch?v=AFmo3EP5XwQ Village vending = watch?v=VELMJxYj18I

  • I am for the death penalty BUT until we find a way of making damm sure we are not killing an innocent person then we should put a halt to all executions

  • @ranger082469 They didn't kill an innocent person ,they executed a man convicted of 2 shootings in the same night. Mr. Davis as a result was charged with murder. He was tried ,convicted and sentenced to death by a jury of his peers in a court of law.The sentence was carried out ,case closed. Those are the simple facts.

  • FUCK YOU KATIE, MOVE YOUR ASS THE FUCK OUT OF THE COUNTRY. I WOULDN'T PAY TWO SQUIRTS OF PISS TO SEE YOUR BULLSHIT ACT. AND FUCK YOU TOO JESSE!!!! YOU MAKE ME SICK.

i enjoy living in america born and raised but i am quickly loosing faith in the system and have lost all faith in police ect since 9yrs old.... why because americans are killing each other over stereotypes and skin color.....im moving to france or somewhere where its not fucked up because of differences of skin color

  • Defend yourslef against Kidnapping and Being a Hostage That is what the cops are paid to do

    Kidnap and take you hostage!!

the courts handle the dirty work Killing

  • @controversyking Not true, I was raised know that most serial killers are white. Most people who kidnap make dungeons in their basements, are white, most people that go around taking over countries and snatching people's culture away, are white. I think in in this day and age, it's just pointless to play the race card.

  • White ppl(not all) are ok with this shit. They r satins seed thas y and the ones that are good are guilty of association bcuz theyr cowards same thing during the slave trade

  • No hummanity

  • Katie Halper is the perfect person to address this issue. Her credentials as a comedian, blogger and apparent donut aficionado certainly qualify her to be the voice of reason regarding the state of american jurisprudence. The other lady has nice hair. We should believe them.

  • Troy Davis is unfortunately one of many that will be put to death......soon this country will executed by beheading. Included in the Patriot Act 2 is the punishment for terrorism: detained indefinitely, tortured, and execution...by BEHEADING!!! (Rev.20:4) Research Senate Bill 1959 Violent Radicalization Act, and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007, The Patriot Act 2....these are the signs of Jacob's trouble.....seek Yeshua!! God Bless

  • this country was established by racist criminals what do you expect surly not justice..

  • ......... im happy i changed my major from criminal justice to automotive tech -.-

  • its obviously bcuz hes black... i really hate the fact i said that but what else is there to say.... a white guy (i wish i remember his name) went thru the same as troy... he didnt get the death penalty bcuz of lack of evidence but if a black man ....... and thats why im happy i changed my major from criminal justice to automotive tech smh

  • Its funny how WE support the world, yet they try to talk shit. I say we let you fuckers starve. YOU can take the niggers and illegals.

  • @TheRosettaStoned Fuck you snow monkey. you really are Neanderthals! look how you hate like a animal. most of you are not human any way. kill yourself and burn bitch.

  • @mrwhatever213 nigger.......

  • @mrwhatever213 this is one of the shittest things about the world, people care more about colour than life, both of you are racist haters!

  • @TheRosettaStoned The world is a bit more harmonious than that. WE don't support the world, we say we support the world, but the truth is we depend on the world also. Prices don't go up for just any reason, if prices are raised on oil or imported goods is how prices go up. So WE also rely on the world. The people in Haiti for example, whom we so called helped, have resorted to eating mud patties now. So what ever we are told when stories first hit, you'll notice they are never followed up.

  • @ummabdurrahman1 ok and mud patties are what they need to do. Should we support them the rest of their lives? Should our kids eat mud patties, since we send our resources out of the country?

  • @TheRosettaStoned That's not what I am saying, what I am saying is, let's do the big job we claim to do in the media. I mean a lasting job, honestly if the US did what it takes to sustain them, we would not have to continuously be the saviors of the nations. But let's face it, our creditability is based off of humanitarian support. In order for us to look good, we have to be the hero. We can't keep sending trucks and planes of food, instead we should send more resources.

  • @ummabdurrahman1 ok then we just STOP and let the fuckers starve.... ALL for that part

  • @TheRosettaStoned Then we lose our credibility and what little respect we are given. I'll give you an example of giving resources from an old saying: give a man a fish, and he eats for a day. But give a man a fishing pole, and he eats for a lifetime. Now, if we look at this perspective, that would be sincere help. But we need a way to always be considered a hero. So we give other countries "fish".

  • @ummabdurrahman1 I say we just say fuck these niggers and let em starve.... Ill have no problem sleeping, while dreaming of starving kids who die watching sally struthers eat all their food

  • @TheRosettaStoned With the country into it's current situation, we should be the last talking like that. We really don't know how bad it could get. Don't let your life, of having more than others, make you think it can't happen to you. I see it happening just in the prices at the grocery store. It is always the slow changes that goes unnoticed. Be mindful of what goes up must come down, and I wouldn't wanted other countries half stepping with helping us. Look outside of the box.

  • @ummabdurrahman1 I look outside the boox, and when we get rid of the nig in the White House and make its White again, and get these nigger loving liberal views out of there, we will be ok

  • @TheRosettaStoned It is your views that is the problem with this country, no president ever in history received as much praise around the world as he did. It was not because of him personally, it was because the US finally practiced what they were preaching to everyone else about equal rights. In your arrogance, you fail to see that the only reason that African American ARE African American is because they were made to be. You are too proud, that's not what this country was built on.

  • @ummabdurrahman1 nope, liberas without souls are the problem with this country, we are NOT all created equal.... some of us are just better

  • @TheRosettaStoned Some of us are in denial. It takes having a soul to understand that we are one race, human race, some of us are just more ambitious to rule other people and take. The American culture itself is made up of many cultures, our way of dress, the food we eat, the source of entertainment, etc. So how can you hate another race, when your very own cultural make up, has the finger print of others?

  • @ummabdurrahman1 nice to see a person that gets it & is not just a dumb foul mouth racist (re:snow monkey), this man was not just a black man, but more importantly a "Human" whose life was taken

  • @lisablack000 I weep for a society led by media, a mere source of entertainment who's word is held as golden.

  • @lisablack000 a HUMAN, like all of us, who KILLED a member of the law enforcement.

  • @ummabdurrahman1 we are NOT all created equal. Niggers developed slower, and will never be a "peer"

  • @ummabdurrahman1 his opinion polls are so low its incredible

  • and the American government makes fun of the Canadians.

  • @TheJbeatsProductions we call nigger canadians in the USA..... want em all?

  • Countries that do not have death penalty: Any democratic western state. (exept usa)

Countries that do practice death penalty: China, Iran, Saudi-Arabia, USA and so on.

Americans, please answer me; why is it that the majority of you don't have a problem with this? Are you really ok with being comparable with these nations? Death penalty is extremely primitive, and you are the last of the civilized western societys that practice it. I does not make sense. Be kind - wake up now, it's 2011.

  • PACK UP, LEAVE THE US, HIDE YA KIDS HIDE YA WIFE CUZ THE US AINT SAFE FOR US NO MORE!!!!

  • Live everyday like its your last cuz you never know when they gonna kill you for something u didnt do!

  • as much as i love this country, this place is a fucked up place to live because of shit like this happening.

  • i'm so ashamed of the us and i'm sad for troy and his family.. i want more than ever to help end the death penalty.

  • race card ^

  • We all know he was excited because he was black. I know I shouldn't pull the race care but a white man who also was convicted of a murder in that same state and the very same board that dealt with Troy Davis's case didn't give the white man the death penalty because the guy was sorry.

  • "Rubin Carter was falsely tried.

The crime was murder "one," guess who testified?

Bello and Bradley and they both baldly lied

And the newspapers, they all went along for the ride.

How can the life of such a man

Be in the palm of some fool's hand?

    To see him obviously framed

Couldn't help but make me feel ashamed to live in a land

    Where justice is a game."

    - Bob Dylan

  • @Stevie68000 CRAKKKAS are doing this, anti-semities like you, not Jews!

  • HE DIDN'T EVEN DO IT!

  • I live in America and unfortunately they say it's a free country but now, it's like living in Hell. What happened to our freedom, our people, our rights, our government, our country, everything! It's hard for me and everyone.

  • Stay out of trouble ppl! You don't want this to happen to anyone you know

  • @diddy150 Might as well say don't be black and have the nerve to be black, genetic mutant!

  • I hope he's in peace now he was ready to go he wasn't angry or full of hate he just said "to the people who are taking my life today may god have mercy on your soul and god bless your soul" I feel really bad for the officer's family but this didn't bring closure to anyone

  • CCC...

Compare USA now and nazi Germay then!!!

If you spoke against Germany then you would be shoot, and now you would be a wise man.

Now If you speak against USA you would go to Guatanamo or worse, in a 10 years if you speak against USA you would be a wise man!

USA = nazi Germany, and thats the fucking fact!!

I'm sorry about the US citizens, poor, poor, poor ppl :(((((

Why don't you retaliate, a ??? You are getting poorer and poorer and you still dont do nothing... ccc.....

  • 1- Sometimes we did a pit that we or our offsprings will fall in: eg by playing criminal role in a movie, which makes people think a black man is a criminal person by nature

2-The devil has used skin colour at psychological level to create division among the people that God created, we should stop thinking invincible and follow Jesus as our only Lord and Saviour & Saviour he will guide us to avoid being at the wrong place at the wrong time

-What lesson do we learn from an inocent man killed?

  • We shouldn't be killing people who "might" be innocent.

  • That protest didn't work, did it?

  • Troy's case and that of the WM3 were remarkably similar, total absence of forensic evidence, coercive witness statements later recanted and blamed on poor police interviewing, more likely suspects excluded from serious enquiry... In both cases the police investigation was botched. Death sentences should not ever be applied to convictions based on heresay rather than physical evidence placing them at the scene and tying them to the murder weapon.

  • @BrettDixonMusic - how are you certain he's a "cop killer" with the evidence stacked towards Redd Coles and the amount of reasonable doubt stacked in Davis' favor? Troy Davis is an innocent man convicted and killed for the crime Redd Coles committed..either way you slice it, the justice system is fucked up. Take your personal bias out of it and get a clue

  • And 2), it's barely a month past since Damien Echols of the West Memphis 3 got his Death Sentence reduced to time served and walked free the same day with his co-defendants after entering an Alford Plea of Guilty and are now working on a new appeal.

  • Casey Anthony's daughter was found dead, in the woods, on a plastic bag, with chloroform in her system, was reported "missing" MONTHS LATER (by a friend of her) and walk out of it as "not guilty"

I ask myself: If she were a Black or a Latina woman, would she be found "not guilty"? What if she were too poor to pay such lawyers? What if Troy Davis were a WHITE man, or a guy with the enough WEALTH to pay star-lawyers? Then: Is death penalty actually for the guilty or for the poor and marginalized?

  • If I had been Troy's lawyer, I would have had him confess to be complicit in 9/11, the Sharon Tate murders and being Jack the Ripper if it got him back inside a courthouse. Obama should have had him indicted for a federal crime. If you think that's an abuse of the system, 1) It's the PATRIOT Act, that's what it's for and time it did something positive

  • Executive powers and states right be damned. He didn't have to get pardoned, he just needed to get his new evidence heard in court, which was repeatedly denied. All Obama had to do was keep him alive that long. He should have charged him with a terrorist office under the PATRIOT act, had someone issue a federal bench warrant, sent US Marshals down to have him moved to a Federal jail and arranged for Jesse and his supporters to hire him a better lawyer.

  • It started off with a bunch of death penalty opponents trying to stop an execution, but before it was over this man was deified, a hero, a role model for children, anything to get him off the hook. Troy Davis is just one more reason to bring back the electric chair.

  • United States of America is a SICK SICK place......that baby murdering skank tramp Casey Anthony is free and even getting paid to dish the dirt on her sick and sad story of a worthless mother who would rather party and get gang fucked than raise her daughter and eventually get rid of her.......fucking SICK.

.....and dont forget this mans death and his stay in prison was paid for by YOUR tax dollars america!

  • Obama = kkk

  • It makes me laugh that people don't believe witness testimonies aren't enough to convict someone. That is unbelievably asinine. Letting someone like Casey Anthony go free and then killing this guy is sooo unjust, but you cant just look the other way when it comes to the facts against Troy because of his skin colour.

  • WTF?! Many say there is not enough to convict him of a crime? NOBODY said this, nobody who knows ANYTHING about the case. At BEST he's an accomplice to murder, attempted murder (of Michael Cooper), and the beating of a homeless man. At BEST he deserves life in prison instead of execution. Fuck this guy, there are people worth fighting for, he is not one of them.

  • yeah, human right

  • She sure emphasizes who's black and who's white. Hmmm...

  • Fuck our justice system

  • I didn't see Amnesty International, MSNBC, Sharpton or mobs of negroes and libtards protest the execution of a young white couple by two negroes this week in Tulsa. The video is on my channel, along with 520 other negro on white hate crimes. It's the nationwide epidemic the media buries with the victims.

  • @WeGoneApe With a name like WeGoneApe? Why should we give a damn? This is your mess. I don't give a damn about that couple. You insult our martyrs, we can be callous to them.
