this is a feature of windows vista ultimate, am I correct? One of the small benefits/cool things they provide with ultimate to make it seem justifiable. I am a Mac OS X user and i would have to say that having the ability to use a video desktop background built into the OS would be nice, as I tried this once on OS X Leopard and a MacBook using third party software, not as streamlined as this. However, made my CPU usage increase a lot, average fan speed was up, therefore more noise...

Although macbooks aren't the best for fan speed and heat as we all know lol. so yes, anyway, it would be nice to have this built into the OS, so thats a plus, but really is unnessecary and not preferable for use on a laptop due to the increased CPU useage. Nice feature however, good video.

I'd been hearing about negative comments about Vista but I bought it anyway cause I wanted to experience a new OS. It turned out to be a great decision. I love the interface, it's more secure and fast. I'm a gamer and Vista runs most games out there with little problems. It just feel right. I don't get it when people are talking BS about Vista. Agree. Windows are monopolistic, but they do have stable OS's. Macs dumb shit down, which is FINE for people like art students who couldnt care less about OS navigation. what people don't seem to realize is that operating systems are not build for user stupidity, 90% of windows/mac crashes are caused by that, if u want to crash a mac, drag the contents of SYSTEM into the trash, it kills its self basically, if u want to turn it up a notch, chuck your computer (pc or mac) off a cliff, operating systems are stable with the supported hardware/drivers, but you really can't expect modern operating systems to work well on old hardware
