Just remembered a better comparison: Why did Rod Stewart "First Cut is the deepest". That's a disgrace for him and Cat Stevens, who's version is much better. Rod even cut a part out.

I like this version better too. Normaly I only listen to the original versions (like "Don't stop believing" who the f*** likes the glee cover?) but I just don't like jaggers voice. It's the same with "Downtown train". Some people like Tom Waits version better, but I hate it, for me it's no music but coughing his smoker lung out :D
