  • The guy waving his arm like WTF is this garbo... Thats all these new cars can do! Produce nothing! Buy a real old school muscle car thats appreciated by the public!

  • THEY SHOULD MAKE A 4 DOOR AND FRONT WHEEL DRIVE

  • @TheBrandin1234 then it would be a charger and dodge would make $0 profit

  • @EnVy2010MiracleZ no it would be a 4 door challenger

  • I'm assuming the burn then stop then burn then stop is due to traction control. Gotta hate that computer crap. My buddy looked like a b!tch cause it was on and tried to burnout and......... a sight spurt and then nothing cause of it. he made up for the embarrassment with an extra long burnout right after he turned the tcs off haha. Nice Challenger

  • That's my dad! Theres a video of him doing a burnout in a 1987 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe on my channel

  • its a dodge... how pathetic.

  • I own a 2009 Challenger R/T and is my daily driver. I am so in love with my car. Maybe not the fastest car on the road but a TON of fun and I get constant looks.

  • @dethbed666 Its called line lock you fuck. Not a hand brake, but does lock only front tires.

  • Um...how's that make me "fuckin stupid"? Like I said, I've never driven a RWD before, I don't see how routing the hand brakes to the front is, in any way, "fuckin stupid". sheesh...

  • @gorrammit um cus then you coudnt pull the hand break and drift it as well. The challengers e break is in the floor tho thats the only thing that sucks about it.but yea hes right most of your stoping power goes to the frount wheels. I drive a little dodge neon for now but when i finish colledge i would love to have me a RWD sports car im still debateing on what to buy lol

  • Never driven a rwd before so educate me on this: how do you hold the car still while doing a burnout? Do you just hold the foot brake (destroying the rear brakes) or is the handbrake routed to the front?

  • @gorrammit yeah you just hold the "foot" brake and it doesnt hurt them that bad but still isnt good

  • @gorrammit it doesnt destroy the rear brakes cuz 70-80 percent of the braking power goes to the front brakes....and 20-30 percent goes to the rear brakes....and the horsepower this car has is easily more than enough to overcome the rear braking power

  • @toxicgrape1234; Fully aware of it... I was including MUSTANGs because that's also something they have. Regardless, these are AMERICAN MUSCLE... not grandma's wheelchair.

  • I remember when they asked if the then new Viper was going to have traction control and the spokesman said "it does it's the pedal to the left of the brake". He was right, that's all you need. TCS is a fucking spoilsport nanny that ruins all your fun. Just like "the man" always trying to keep ya down. Asphalt is evil and must be punished goddamnit.

  • @THEUrinalCake Yeah! That's what I meant to say! That's what the brakes are for! TCS is for snow driving on 4WD and rally races! AMERICAN MUSCLE can't be leashed! Makes me wanna test drive one and mess up the whole TCS and ABS system! I never heard of a 69 Charger or a 65 ELEANOR with TCS or ABS and those things are everyone's favorite!

  • @MrSTANGlover why do you think Dodge made the 600+ hp viper srt10 with out abs brakes? People say its a bad thing but real drivers don't need abs. lol.

Its a track car... who wants a nice interior and all the bells and whistles for a car designed to be on the track?

I definitely understand you're point, but the challenger was made to be a daily driver. Safe, reliable and fun. Trust me... It would be nice if the challenger was that way too, but ppl wouldn't buy it.

  • @msbaugh440

Yup... I agree. Production cars need all that cr@p... :\

Too lame for a car that made history, but you're right.

  • American Muscle with TCS? Whoever heard of such thing? Unleash that thing... You know, I get upset because there is so much shhtuff in MUSTANGs these days... sensors and this and that, and when it comes down to it. It's only more parts to replace! Who needs TCS? We have brakes, you know?

  • @MrSTANGlover Watch the video again, doesn't look like a mustang to me. lol

  • @MrSTANGlover Female drivers have clearly not figured out the use of Brakes yet so they made TCS for them

  • wow horrible

  • omgggggggggggggggggggg RED COLOR

    FUCKKKKKK

  • Traction control sucks! That thing can move some rubber without it though!

  • so turn it off??

  • Some cars have the "off" option but after the computer sees that much wheel slip it will temporarily kick it on. Some older cars with TCS don't even have an "off" feature.

  • Get a manual

  • they only come in auto idiot

  • For 2008, yeah. I'd wait a year for a manual.

Why have two legs if you don't have to use them both to drive?

  • @prosurfer2222 2008 only came in auto.

  • @ShortySIG552 its called a STANDARD someone plays too much video games -.-

  • disable the traction controle thats waht i did

  • that thing has balls dam lol

  • Much respect for you Shannon. It's definitely harder to burnout in this car 'cause of the traction control. You did a good job though.

  • im a bad ass either way. yall can hate but i think i did a damn good burnout with traction control car even tho it automatically shifts when ur in manual mode. and i was on the phone!? ha once i figured it out it ended up to be a john force burnout. lets see yalls oh 8 challenger srt8 burnout! ohh u dont have one. WHAMP WHAMP (: love yall anyways *SHANNON NICOLE*

  • Well that sure was a waste of comment space.

  • and you're a fuckin douche bag, shut the fuck up.

  • LMAO

  • lame

  • Yeah the traction control did it on this one but there's also another problem I've noticed. Since it's an 08 and, unfortunately, you could only have it in an automatic option you CAN perform a burnout but it's not the greatest. You step on the gas and the RPM goes up to its peak then dies down, that's why the wheels would slow down after a moment and pick back up again.

  • Turn off the traction control.

  • why do these people not learn to shift the thing manually?

  • 68 chevy chavelle

  • bowties are gay, hence why gm is on the brink of disaster.

  • ford and chrysler are no different at the moment....

All they need to do is un-unionize the damn lines and it'd be fine....I LEFT Chrysler(fenton missouri) because of all the dang union crap.

But that right there is a beautiful car :P

  • i agree but they are doing slightly better than gm with ford doing the best. but i agree that the unions have destroyed detroit. whats worse is that i hear that the uaw now has a share in chrysler. fenton, mo is the truck plant right?maybe you built one of my trucks.

  • Trucks and vans, And i may have, look at your vin number, if the 11th digit is J, then yeah i prolly did depending on the year.

they asked me to make one for myself, no obligation to buy, black 2002 2500 with all leather, fully loaded, the HO turbo diesel...I really wish i had bought the thing :\

  • i just recently had to write down the vin of the truck and i remember a j in there, so you probably did, it's a black 2004 1500 with a hemi, it's held up well as i use it as my work truck now. so you guys did good work. you shoulda bought that diesel man ive got an 07 6.7l cummins and it's a dream.

  • maybe they don't want a 56 chevy. Personally I'd take a 57 Chevy in black.
