3.3 might be fasrt than the 2.5 but not even close to the 2.5R with a custom 5 port not going to touch it and my 15 eats the 3.3 it wont take the four tec cause of the gearing but ill take ever traxxas out there with my NTC3

3.3 is about $100 or more. The revo 3.3 engine is faster than the 2.5.

i got the jato 3.3 . but originaly it was 2.5
there is a differnce in top speed but not acceleration. 3.3 price is about 200 $ and the 2.5 is i think about 100$
Ithink you should buy the 3.3 you'll have way much more fun :)
