I think I understand what Akon meant, basically if in Africa they focused all the good players on one country then they would have a good team, for example ivory coast; If the Ivory coast sent scouts all over Africa and brought all the most talented kids and teenagers there, then maybe an African team could have a good chance of winning, maybe Akon didn't mean it, but I think it's a good idea.
