Woop woop!!! I agree those CNAs kick butt!!! I'm only a student now but I have seen how hard these people work, and how unnapreciated they can be at times. This is one thing I've promised myself, I will always remember to thank my CNAs before I leave the hospital, and if I ever get some kind of monetary reward for my good work (IDK if you guys get these or not, but just wishful thinking) I will share it with my CNAs. After all, like you said, we couldnt do it without them:) Great post Mendoza
I was very hesitant to take the CNA course, even during my first week, but this monday will be my second week and when I saw your video, I was very excited and your video made me feel good, thanks for your videos really appreciated
I will definitely admit this would be the way to go prior to getting your BSN b/c it gives you experience plus you never know who you will meet again . I was in a CNA class of 14 people only 7 made it to the clinical part. 5/7 of that group including myself will be done on this coming Monday. I can't wait to start working all while going back starting in the summer for my pre reqs i'm on the way to become an RN maybe a CRNP *god willing*
I love that you made this vid. I'm doing my CNA clinical this week and I must say It's one thing to learn this stuff through a book but to actually get in the field and experience it . I would be lying if I say that my first day I was a little creeped out but then I saw how the employees at the nursing home were not giving the proper care to the residents and I instantly thought about how I would want my grandmother & grandfather treated if they ever had to go into a nursing home.
we have a poster of cnas in my nursing school, stating the importance of cnas and to be grateful for their contribution to the healthcare field.. never forget, well sort of.
I'm going for training for CNA in March . Looking forward to the training. While I'm waiting I'm taking the C.P.R /FIRST AID at the local fire station .
I give a big shout out to U because, U make me proud as a LVN to see a RN be appreciattive of what people like the CNA and LVN/LPN bring to the profession...... God Bless U because Ur freaking awesome!!!! Im just saying!!!
Thanks for the recognition! I took my CNA course last year, and then immediately jumped into nursing school. I just compeleted all my pre-reqs (4.0 GPA, woohoo!) and am waiting to get into the nursing program. Now that I have a bit more time, I just got offered my first CNA jobs in one of the best hospitals here in Austin, TX. So excited to start! Check out my channel if you want, I've posted a couple vids about my nursing journey!
Yeah!! I can't wait to start working as a CNA! I am a certified nursing assistant, but just need a job. I work at UPS as a part-time. I might start looking soon. I'm glad you're making more videos! Keep it up :) I hope to do the same once I learn to speak up louder and clear. ha ha.. I don't talk much, so yeah.

@smn2275 Thanks, but it's true about how hard and how much effort these CNA's put in their work field.
