It is a phenomenal performance! Nelson Freire never plays just the notes, he always makes music, regardless of the difficulty of the piece!

I am amazed by the high quality of the sound. Where was this recorded?

@solonka123 Philips released an extraordinary series of albums titled "Great Pianists of the 20th Century". The efforts they went to were great and the results even greater. The original album source I do not know.
