"Cross Epoch" is a one-shot, cross-over manga Akira Toriyama did together with E. Oda. (One Piece and DB).

cashman is actually a policeman from outer space that accidently killed a guy (a policeman on earth) while chasing two alien bad guys. He then needed to borrow the body of that guy to collect money to buy gold because he needs to return to its home planet, and his rocket needs gold to move.
