  • I love this video. Movement, whatever you call it, is an amazing thing. It makes you stronger and smarter, in all ways. And the best thing is, whatever you do with that, is completely up to you!

  • NachoCobra hit the nail on the head

I feel it humanized him, and made a very relatable situation

  • the best thing about this video is that it shows how no one, not even the legends like Foucan or Belle, is perfect. We all have to stop and reevaluate our flow, and we are constantly improving. Parkour is not a sport, because you can master a sport. It is an art. Art cannot be constricted to guidelines or limitations. Vivre Parkour.

  • @TheNachoCobra true, but sport is an art

  • why aren't there any people?

  • Try to catch him

  • I have watched this a thousand times, and i still don't think it's boring. I never will!

What i love about Sebastien is that he doens't show of at all. And he's nothing like those modern tracers who only care about flips and tricks. He treats freerunning like an art, and love for what it is, and i admire that, and i do the same thing. He doesn't need no fancy ass shoes or clothing, he just move!

  • Barely out precision that cat, but he did XD

  • he did not make parkour. parkour has been around way before this guy was even born

  • @firebolt8003 technically you're right. but these guys made it a thing, they gave it a name and taught people how to appreciate it. :)

  • J'aime sa façons de voir les choses et les répétitions ils prouvent que quand on veux on peux ! I like his ways of seeing things and they show that repeats when you want it can!

  • he didnt creat parkour in casino royale, sebastien had been training parkour for 20 years before that!

  • ... this is parkour.....

  • @Parkour3RunTeam the more experienced you get, the less names matter and the more different movement styles meld together to make.. you i guess.

  • his hissing reminds me of a bull =O

  • He wasn't going to let that wall defeat him ,total concentration & flexibility

  • Aah he has a scar on his right arm what did he do to get that?!

  • @viezehiepie he broke his arm in an accident =S

  • He must scratch the shit out of his trainers...bet he goes through a pair a week!

  • this is beautiful. when im going to see parkour videos y only see jumps but when i see parkour of Sebastien or David Belle i see beautiful things.that is the real parkour.Parkour comes from within. Many people just use parkour to stand out among the others but parkour is life.

  • I get what he means about improving his "motion" like the third time he did that jump off the tree, over the fence and up the wall it looked so much better and all he did was sort of smooth his movement

  • im not botherd what the top comment says damien walters can own any freerunner in the milky way ,galaxy or mars bar.

  • @billzilladotcom999 , what makes you a good freerunner isnt how many fancy tricks you can do but the connection you have with life as you are doing it, being in harmony with yourself. :)

  • I like this video its a nice one it just show how much mindfight you can have for a jump, to do it again again agin until you reach your goal !

  • für das alter und diese kraft erwarte ich eindeutig mehr

  • Nothing particularly impressive but nice to watch and hes good for his age

  • at 1:28 he sounds like hes having an orgasim haha

  • this is so much more meaningful that spending hours in the gym lifting weights and being a douchbag

  • is this the guy from casino royal?

  • @happycamper487 yes he is

  • @happycamper487 yes he is amazing i think

  • @happycamper487 yes, that is the man who created parkour in Casino royale.

  • @TheMoradoman He didn't create Parkour, Parkour has been around for ages. Kids do Parkour on 'Climbing Frames', and when they climb up trees and just jump about. Parkour is all about getting from A to B in the most efficient way possible to you. Parkour is a non - competetive Sport and Art that people do their own way. For instance someone will do a 'Kong Vault' to get over a Wall, while someone else will do a 'Dash Vault' or a 'Reverse Vault'. It's all about doing what is comfortable to you. :D

  • @happycamper487 So, how many people have replied with 'Yes'

And if you didn't catch it, he is the guy from casino royal.

  • @happycamper487 yeah

  • @happycamper487 ya, he is. he played as the bomb maker in the first scene.

  • @happycamper487 yes.

  • @happycamper487 yes. :-)

  • @happycamper487 yes it is type in casino royale chase seen

  • @happycamper487 yes it is he is also one of the original founders of parkour

  • I'm a freerunner myself, and i think that Sebastien doesnt really have as much technique as for the time he spent on his trainings ...

Thats only my personal opinion, dont judge me, please.

  • @MrAdikosik just search "Sebastien Foucan" on Youtube lol.. see what you find. Also, watch Casino Royale.

Anyways, if you judge people purely on techniques you aren't getting the full picture of Freerunning.

  • You suck!!

  • @mrcrackdown What is that supposed to mean? Would you say that to his face? You know that this man you're watching CREATED parkour along with David Belle. He is the patriarch of all freerunning. If you think this is the extent of his ability, then you should go look into him. Don't post asinine things like that if you don't know for sure what you're saying.

Even though he is just demonstrating the flow and basic principles here, he is 37. Try doing this at 37, see how far you get

  • He is amazing. Not just his movement but his philosophy on parkour/freeruninng.

  • Don't know how people say he is not good, he is like 37 now and he is amazing for his age!

  • FIRST OF ALL! There are others waaaaaaaaaaaaay better then Sebastian but if you ask those people if they met Sebastian they would tell you "It was a honor to meet him"

  • @silentrunner117

Better at what? Parkour? Conditioning? Mental training? fluidity? Big jumps? Long term training? iceskating? martial arts? acrobatics? Dancing?

The whole point of this video is in the description. Its about going back to the childplay. Determination. Not giving up. Look at Sebastiens Fineside Parkour, and look at the footage Belle uploaded from the early 90s. If you think this clip demonstrate Sebs technical ability then you really dont know so much.

  • @BlacksVideos Oh no man lol Ive seen Sebastian run. But im talking about the other guys with tricking and all. I mean like yeah man they flip like freaking crazy but I use to run at Tempest and I met a lot of the Team Tempest and they said they met him and they said it was a "Honor to meet him". Im pretty sure youve seen this vid. Ill send you a link to it.

  • @BlacksVideos Check out Line Traceurs: A Message to the World. Im pretty sure youve seen this but its still awesome.

  • for a guy with bulging muscles he isn't very good, the kong to precision at 3:10 was tiny

  • Akon?

  • this shows that parkour can really be your life....as in you can do it almost forever....he has done it for 20 years...i dont think i know anyone that has been doing it even for that long...

  • he's not even that good...

  •

  • this video shows the real courage that a traceur has when he wants to improve himself

  • 47 pregnants dislike this

  • That was possibly the worst thing I've ever seen.

  • which shoe does he use?

I know it is nike but what kind? ;)

  • watch?v=8MO5V96Qv7o

  • Off topic but wicked scars man, on topic, the fact that you post not only the success but the trail (and sometimes error) of your parkour is awesome.

  • He is In a Film called The Tournament made in England he is amazing he does the impossible check it out!

  • beşiktaşlımısın abi evet bence öylesin

  • The attention to fluidity and repetition is what I admire about this man. That's what it's all about. Not cool tricks and showing off, it's an art and should be treated as such. Tricks are fun but come second.

  • @CommanderZylo Tricks are for geting bitches ;)

  • @ESELkoek Maybe for you. Personally I'm not looking to get bitches.

  • @alexbyard @vassomaxites97 I WAS JOKING!! I know Foucan was the founder and I know how talented the guy is. Get a sense of humour you idiot.

  • @Mr76Trigger hehehe :P soz mate didnt get it first time :P x

  • old school never die

  • Nike!

  • parkour really brings out the animals we are...purely amazing

  • amazing ..

  • this really shows how practice is important and also humanizes the art. Nothing in life is perfect. Or else will we ever learn and grow. Thank you Sébastien Foucan

  • I need to work on my motion

  • With a bit more practice he will be pretty good!!

  • @Mr76Trigger Are you a troll? or.... Wha?

  • This man is who invented free running

  • @foxmaccloud20 This is the man who founded freerunning.

  • albagreek4ever, wht are you on about... this is the founder of free running... id like to see you do better... hes completely natural and fluid in it, no silly rubbish

  • .... Dude your a rook. Your bad...

  • @albagreek4ever There is no coherent phrase to tell you just how much of an illiterate inbred you truly are. Congratulations, you've achieved nothing.

  • ok man i need to learn this

    now im your big fan..!!

    really like this vdo..!!

  • it shows that great stunts have great costs - scratches, dislocations, and frustrations

  • Why is that every time people write down pointless, arrogant, selfless comments. I mean videos like these should at least have comments that questions or have some relevances to the video. It's fucking irritating when I look at this video then scroll down looking at some comments and comparing them to other people, such as Damien Walters, David Belle or even yourself. For fuck sake, just enjoy and learn from the video. -.-

  • @VibrantFlow totally agree man. and seb foucan vs. Damien Walters...hes a good performer but its not free running or parkour that he does. I hate when people compare the two. Just because Walters can do gymnastics outside does not mean its parkour. totally different art.

  • this guy can nothing... noob

  • @foxmaccloud20 yea, and you could do it better no?? Ohh i forogot, I saw you last night at the radio, you was the best(in your dreams) -.-'

  • @foxmaccloud20 Have you seen casino Royale? clearly not, watch it, and keep in mind that this is the man at the beginning, THEN make arrogant idiotic comments

  • @foxmaccloud20 do u have any idea who this man is?

  • Guys this guy is the best to parkour in the world

    No doubt!!

  • omg the founder of freerunning (according to Wikipedia) has trouble with Kong to Precision?! thats like the co-founder of Facebook not knowing how to change his relationship status

  • @Ninjafish43 he is like 40 years old... if you have been praciticing parkour long enough you will know that years ago, espeically in france, they trained for pure efficency, being as fast as possible... look at the Speed Air Man video by David Belle... he doesnt care how good he is, he just likes to have fun, which is how this all started out.

  • David Belle, need i say more?

  • 123phobia123 my thoughts EXACTLY!!

  • Cops worst nightmare

  • lol monkey

  • i loveu sebastien foucan

  • the parkour... is so beautiful... nothing to say men...

  • damien walters make free running

  • the guy from the begining of Casino Royale

  • i love you :D

  • that is the best insperatin vid i have seen !!! :)

  • prrrrr give me 1 dollar

  • Ese pavo te peta una ostia con sus cachos tocho brazos de deja en el sitio amigo

  • I Like how this shows the trials every traceur goes through... especially when training alone. Pushing yourself, and practicing till everything flows perfectly.

  • respect

  • I remember when Sebastien couldn't speak a word of English back in 04

  • Gorilla

  • a real fucking monkey

  • Wow ;] Perfecto LoL The Best Parkour.

  • To me, being a freerunner or learner parkour is following in the steps of the cats of the world. It. Is. An. Awesome. Feeling.

  • He is amazing. His flow is like a cat's, like he is at one with his environment.

  • amazing, can you guys subscribe to me too :)

  • I have those shoes?

  • watch?v=8MO5V96Qv7o

  • how is he so jacked

  • /watch?v=1D07MIoQTkw

  • Hehe this guy is so awesome. I saw him do parkour last time i was in france! God i wish he could train me!

  • what's the matter with ur hand dude :X

  • I do this all days while going to the school

  • he's good but even i can do more tricks and i only trein 3months

  • @Mrgreen251 yeah but you should also consider the fact he is way past his 30's :P he used to move faster and be stronger but age puts its print on you whoever you are. Yes, he is very good now but he is not as good as he used to be. Still I wish I could train like him when I'll be his age :D He's an inspiration to me because his body is growing older and older yet he is still training so his passion is just amazing:D I hope you understand now why he is not as good as others

  • @Mrgreen251 Idiot, it's not about "tricks". It's about flow, about fast traversals and smooth landings.

  • que se eche unas maromas en el aire aver si muy pesado

  • 20 years of experience yo fkin 6 years only wannabe traceur !!

  • 34 dislikes?, i don't understand, those interested in this arts and disliking this is like christians against Jesus.

  • Damien Walters is a free runner and a gymnast. It's stupid to compare a pure traceur with a gymnast. Parkour was developed for Disaster Preparedness and emergency evacuations. Gymnastics is a sport. Study before you post your opinions.

  • bet this guy never been caught in a police foot chase

  • @gamesmaster369 wutever

  • damin walters is good aswel

  • u r awesome

  • lol

  • hes good but not damien walters good

  • @Yourmom7223 Damien Walters is NOT a free runner.

  • @gamesmaster369 Wait...a lot of people say he isn't. Can you tell me what he is then? Is he just like a tricker or something?

  • @CanadianShaffle Mainly a stuntman. He does things to impress. I'm not saying he's not a talented man, just that people shouldn't get the wrong ideas and just assume because he flips he's a traceur.

  • @gamesmaster369 Sweet... makes sense (: I wasn't too sure. That explains the whole flipping over a car off of a ladder :P

  • @gamesmaster369 he is a tumbler (gymnast)

  • @gamesmaster369 well yes he is..stuntman, he is gymnastic trainer

  • @kokolo1002 like you just said... he is a stuntman and a gymnastics trainer...

    he is not a freerunner...

  • @gamesmaster369 he is, you can not classify him as a parkourist. check the definition of parkour. because you seen to have trouble with it.

  • @nboproductions I pretty sure the definition of parkour is not jumping onto crash mats or flipping over cars. And besides you shouldn't need to look up the definition of parkour when you have this guy showing you right here.

  • @gamesmaster369 explain.

  • this is just beautiful to watch, I hadnt heard about parkour/freerunning until I started reading a book called "Jump Derry", was curious to know what it looked like and it is poetic, breathtaking

  • True parkour, no silly flips or spins .. the basics of the movement which makes it look so nice

  • @FateForga Ironically Foucan is one of the people responsible for the whole craze. See how the title says "freerunning" and not parkour. He contributed some good but also a lot of bad.

  • @FateForga he did a flip in this vid tho =D

  • SO! that's the 2000 time that I see this video, EVERYTIME i wish to be there, to train and to sweat like him!!

  • Sebastien is The best :) no matters who tho the most dangerous flips or nice acrobatics this is just simple and amazing !

  • The name of the song, please!
