  • thanks^^

  • why does the lose one goes on topand the hard one in the bottom?

  • oh yeah i finally found this normal video

    thank you God!

  • I don't have a hard end and a wiggly one :( Guess that makes it much harder. It keeps curling into a circle.

  • This is the best classical guitar stringing video out there. Thanks for taking the time to show us slowly and up close.

  • @condensedmic thanks CM i really appreciate it.

  • nice video, but the string only winds once or twice around the plastic piece with the hole before it is in tune... i see most guitars have the string wound around many times, what does it mean?

  • @Fluffy918 I'll explain a lot of people keep slack (extra string) and keep rolling it and rolling thats why it looks like its wound around so many times. The tutorial I show you makes it to where you don't have to wrap the string around so many times it makes it look a lot nicer, but also remember it takes a while for nylon strings to keep there tune so you will wrap them a couple of times more until they set which could take 24hrs.

  • when I say set I mean keep in tune. That said this tutorial also shows you how to lock the string as shown in 6:19 that is very important. Locking that string allows you to not have to keep rolling and rolling all that access string just make sure the string doesn't come loose. If you have any other questions let me know I'll be happy to answer them if you want pics of how it looks after its all done I'll be more then happy to email you a few. just let me know. Thanks for the comment

  • I heard it is better to have many rolls around that plastic bit than fewer, but I dont really know. My E A and D strings would slowly get flat, but the G B and E nylon strings would get nearly a whole step flat after 5-10 minutes. I realize I gotta wait a couple days till they stretch out, but it is a pain when trying to learn a new song :P Maybe I will put up my rendition of Circle of Eternity after I learn it. Gametabs is a sweet site too, check out composers Nobuo Ematsu and Yasunori Mitsuda

  • @Fluffy918 actually Yasunori Mitsuda composed that Circle of Eternity

  • Yeah, he is really cool. I want to learn Dimension Break next

  • nice! I just got done learning Gathering Stars in The Night Sky ~ Xenogears. So i will upload that one next.

  • how is that hybrid in the background

  • can you be a little more direct. are you asking how is it a hybrid? or are you asking how is it as in how the guitar doing?

  • do you like it

    does it play well

  • The guitar sounds really beautiful it has a really warm tone to it and is not too overbearing. The music come out really clear and crisp. The pre-amp it has in inside is unique its a piezo/mic combo now you can use the mic while recording to computer like I use which sounds really beautiful but it produces alot of feedback when hooked up to an amp so you will need to turn off the mic when using an amp. Overall I have no problems with this guitar tho I would invest in a bone nut saddle and tuners

  • thank you that helps alot

  • Shit my strings are rolling on top of themselves...thanks for the heads up.

  • @candorous1 no problem man.

  • your an ace bro--keep up the pickin'

  • Hey vic i just broke a string on my classical last night and this vid helped me alot. I do mine slightly different but this vid helped me get a good basis, thanks a lot for this!

  • thanks bro im glad it helped you.

  • fake nails sound like shit and also I cant use a pick because I play fingerstyle arrangements

  • use a pick or something like those fake nail things...

  • no can do. The way I play my guitar I depend alot on my nails.

  • Dude, you need to cut your fingernails...
