Premiere Elements is an awful program. Adobe won't even offer support for this junk (unless you want to pay to talk to someone in another country with poor English who can't help you either). Any decent program should keep audio in sync with video. This one doesn't most of the time.

@23TubeViewer huh. well mine works fine with the audio and video syncing, it just has a problem with randomly crashing and shutting down. A LOT. haha but yeah i dont really use it anymore its not even worth it really =/

Hey Dino!

I just but premiere elements 8 and it's always crashing. I was wondering what kind of computer you are using to make those awesome videos? What do you recommend?

@glentubin yea i think premiere elements just does that cuz we have a really nice computer and it like runs super fast and everything but it still crashes when im editing. ive been trying to make a music video for my other channel but every time i open it i do like 2 things and it crashes so i think premiere elements is just slow :/

@dinodanchez what size is your ram? (like your computer memory) 4GB is minimum for good performance, 8GB is recommended at a professional level. if you have 2GB your playback probably lags and your program will crash. Video editing need alot of ram

@MrSolitaryRecon no, it's rather that Elements is for linear editing and after effects is for special effects...in fact you can do ANY special effect with a lot of practice in After Effects!
