Question...are you not also adding length to the scrotum(especially if youre cut tight) as you tug? Will you not also start to get hair further and further up your shaft?
Luckily, the scrotal and pubic skin is under very low stress (FORCE divided by CROSS-SECTIONAL AREA) because the hairy skin is thicker and of course it's a broad area compared to the shaft skin tube. Any hairless skin you expand will only DECREASE the amount of hair-bearing skin drawn onto the shaft during erection or dragged into a partner.
Most people have some hair on the first part of their shaft skin tube. So that area will expand too then unfortunately. It would be great if there were a way to isolate the non hair areas. MORE skin covered in hair is not a plus.
@AcresofAnarchy - As I said the expansion rate for the hairy skin is less, and the expansion of non-hairy skin on the business end of the penis more than offsets any disadvantage. There are hundreds of thousands of restorers and they're not being engulfed in their own hair. The number of follicles never increases.
There are ways to isolate shaft skin. For example if tugging around the waist one can attach the other end of the tugging strap to a sling over the base of the penis.

Most of the US men who have died of AIDS were circumcised at birth. Europe has 1/3 the HIV incidence that the mostly-cut US has.

Sad to say, we can't re-grow lost specialized nerve structures. But as we gain slack the surviving nerve endings can work MUCH better, for at least 2 reasons:
1) The mucosal surface shed layers of epithelial cells so the skin is more shear and the nerves are closer to the surface, which is better able to track with fine-touch stimuli.
2) We get to feel the skin rolling & slinking around during arousal, which is awesome.

I don't appreciate blanket attacks against whole groups of people. If you asked for show of hands (as I have done in DC, SF, UK) at a typical anti-circumcision rally, you'd find about 20% of dedicated activists against circumcision are Jewish. With tapeless convenience the trade-off is it will come loose a little more often than tape.
ASSUME it's coming loose at any time and be prepared. You WILL be prepared so it's no biggie. In the first months, most beginers experience plenty of night-time loosenings, and daytime loosenings depend on how aggressively you tug and on how carefully you clean the device and skin before applying.

I suspect I had a tight circumcision, the 8day bris thing, parents are Jewish. 1/3-1/2 shaft toward torso seems covered in harry scrotal skin that got stretched onto shaft when penis grew because so much skin was cut off. when half erect no loose skin, when fully erect shaft skin is stretched to the max, blood vessels visible, curved down a little. No, we do not actually restore what was lost. We make the best of what is left. If you can force skin over the whole glans while flaccid (nudge the glans back with the other hand while pulling the skin forward) then you have enough slack to use a tapeless device. Lost nerve endings are gone forever, AFAIK, but restoring makes the ones you've got left work a whole lot better. The glans and mucosa will be able to shed a lot of surface cells, bringing the nerve endings closer to the surface and allowiing the mucosa to track more subtle textural and thermal stimuli.
More importantly, the shaft skin will be able to frictionlessly slink up and down the shaft and roll over in a tight 180 turn at the tip. Just how good this feels was the shock of my life.

The skin you tension will expand. To my knowledge nerve endings are specialized structures that do not regenerate. It would be like hoping for new fingers to sprout from your arm if you chopped off your hand.

It will sometimes come off. If you're sleeping it may wake you with uncomfortable tightness during an erection, or wake you after and erection subsides due to uneven gripping if the device has gotten out of balance. Your choice at that point is to put it back on or leave it off until morning.
The more slack you gain, the more effectively you can tug 24/7. Tape methods are a bit more robust for lasting through the night when you have very little slack.
Even today, I could roll my skin off the glans at any time and pass for a common cut penis. The skin is very elastic so if you don't want to look restored you don't have to.

My skin will stay in place most of the day but changes in mood or temperature, or frcition with clothing or body parts can threaten to make me uncovered. For that reason I wear the comfortable dicreet retaining cone under clothes. When I'm nude it's not an issue.

Dear TLC Tugger Do you know if there is any info as to the benefits of lenghtening an existing foreskin? This is done so as to achieve overhang. The ancient greeks used to do it as they believed the real penis was one with overhang. Is there evidence that there are sexual benefits as to staying power during intercourse if one has a longer foreskin? Does lenghtening affect the ridged band? I believe the question to be important as TLC could have a new market in uncircumcised men if tugging works?

My oldest was born in '92 which was six years after I realized from reading letters to the editor in Mensa's national magazine that circumcision was pointless and possibly harmful.

Luckily, the scrotal and pubic skin is under very low stress (FORCE divided by CROSS-SECTIONAL AREA) because the hairy skin is thicker and of course it's a broad area compared to the shaft skin tube. Any hairless skin you expand will only DECREASE the amount of hair-bearing skin drawn onto the shaft during erection or dragged into a partner.

There are hundreds of thousands of restorers and they're not being engulfed in their own hair. The number of follicles never increases.
There are ways to isolate shaft skin. For example if tugging around the waist one can attach the other end of the tugging strap to a sling over the base of the penis.

Most of the US men who have died of AIDS were circumcised at birth. Europe has 1/3 the HIV incidence that the mostly-cut US has.

Sad to say, we can't re-grow lost specialized nerve structures. But as we gain slack the surviving nerve endings can work MUCH better, for at least 2 reasons:

ASSUME it's coming loose at any time and be prepared. You WILL be prepared so it's no biggie. In the first months, most beginers experience plenty of night-time loosenings, and daytime loosenings depend on how aggressively you tug and on how carefully you clean the device and skin before applying.

I suspect I had a tight circumcision, the 8day bris thing, parents are Jewish. 1/3-1/2 shaft toward torso seems covered in harry scrotal skin that got stretched onto shaft when penis grew because so much skin was cut off. when half erect no loose skin, when fully erect shaft skin is stretched to the max, blood vessels visible, curved down a little. @FoodCubes - Yes. Specialized pleasure-receptive nerve endings (Meisners Corpuscles) do not regenerate, but restoring makes the surviving nerve endings work much better. The mucosal surface thins to be more supple and better able to track with fine touch stimuli, and the nerve endings are brought closer to the surface.
The nerves in the shaft skin are seemingly designed to respond to bending and straightening, but we can't feel that during arousal until we have sufficient slinky slack skin.

You need as much slack as it takes to force skin over the whole glans in order to use a tapeless device. On the 0 to 11 CI scale that's usually a 2.

@stillnew - I've helped a number of teenagers to restore. There's no reason to think restoring is any worse for you than being without a foreskin, so I think a cut male can commence restoring at any age.
I urge you to use the device in bed if you can. This is because with an active social lifestyle you may wind wearing only the passive Your-Skin Cone most days.

@stillnew - If you decide to try restoring while asleep, you need to carefully weigh what sort of things could happen when you have nocturnal erections after you fall asleep. Only you can decide if this is something that's right for you.
The first time you try to sleep with it, don't even add straps. When you're ready add a strap OVER THE SHOULDER (not to the knee) set for 0 tension. Sneeak it tighter daily until you start to have trouble lasting through the night.

If you can force skin over the whole glans while flaccid (nudge the glans back with the other hand while pulling the skin forward) then you have enough slack to use a tapeless device. Restoring adds a lot to sexual pleasure. For instance before I restored, I was unable to finish with my wife from oral stimulation, but now it's no problem.

Lost nerve endings are gone forever, AFAIK, but restoring makes the ones you've got left work a whole lot better. The glans and mucosa will be able to shed a lot of surface cells, bringing the nerve endings closer to the surface and allowiing the mucosa to track more subtle textural and thermal stimuli.
More importantly, the shaft skin will be able to frictionlessly slink up and down the shaft and roll over in a tight 180 turn at the tip. Just how good this feels was the shock of my life.

The skin you tension will expand. To my knowledge nerve endings are specialized structures that do not regenerate. It would be like hoping for new fingers to sprout from your arm if you chopped off your hand.

It will sometimes come off. If you're sleeping it may wake you with uncomfortable tightness during an erection, or wake you after and erection subsides due to uneven gripping if the device has gotten out of balance. Your choice at that point is to put it back on or leave it off until morning.
The more slack you gain, the more effectively you can tug 24/7. Tape methods are a bit more robust for lasting through the night when you have very little slack.

Even today, I could roll my skin off the glans at any time and pass for a common cut penis. The skin is very elastic so if you don't want to look restored you don't have to.
Wearing your skin over the glans at all times will give you the best result. See the videos, like the one I did to demonstrate weights. The restored skin looks like a natural penis unless you deliberately do things to add girth to the skin tube. The natural penis comes in a wide variety.

Once your skin lives it's whole 24/7 day hanging forward of the tip of the glans it will pucker up. This is because the shaft skin - like the scrotum - is lined by a shear layer of muscle cells. These contract when the genitals need to be cozy and warm. When you skin is hanging forward of the glans instead of hugging your body-temperature shaft, it will pucker up.

My skin will stay in place most of the day but changes in mood or temperature, or frcition with clothing or body parts can threaten to make me uncovered. For that reason I wear the comfortable dicreet retaining cone under clothes. When I'm nude it's not an issue.

I'm sorry for your intact friends if you've managed to give them a complex about it, but with circumcision rates globally at only 15% and in the US at around 50/50 and falling, the intact guys have plenty of company. That's nonsense. Most of the US men who have died of AIDS were circumcised at birth. The US has THREE TIMES the HIV incidence Europe has, even though US adults are about 80% circumcised and in Europe it's below 5%.

Dear TLC Tugger Do you know if there is any info as to the benefits of lenghtening an existing foreskin? This is done so as to achieve overhang. The ancient greeks used to do it as they believed the real penis was one with overhang. Is there evidence that there are sexual benefits as to staying power during intercourse if one has a longer foreskin? Does lenghtening affect the ridged band? I believe the question to be important as TLC could have a new market in uncircumcised men if tugging works?

Since most of the world is not circumcised, convincing normal men they need their foreskins longer would certainly expand our market. :)
But really it's mostly only rare intact men who were forcibly retracted at too young an age that need their foreskin any longer than nature provides. Their skin growth gets stunted when the synechia are disrupted unnaturally. We help many of these victims of early forced retraction.

My oldest was born in '92 which was six years after I realized from reading letters to the editor in Mensa's national magazine that circumcision was pointless and possibly harmful.
Besides, my kids are both female and it's not customary to cut girls here.
The foreskin is absolutely as vital to a male's full sexual experience as the clitoral hood and labia minora are to a female's.

I got circumcised on Oct. 2008and I have skin bridges. I regret doing because I lost some sensation and over time its becoming a darker color. I am considering a circumcision revision because of the bridges and scaring; however, but I was wonder what can your product do for my issues? On average, how long would it take for the skin to cover the glan?

Sorry you were cut.
With non-surgical restoration you can add about a half-inch of new forced erect coverage per year. To use tapeless techniques you need the sort of slack it takes to be able to temporarily force skin over the glans while flaccid.
You'd probably need to resolve any bridges and adhesions before you start.

I started restoring at age 38. Before that, my wife was never able to give me an orgasm orally despite concerted effort. Now it's easy for her.

When I was 6 I experienced some sort of balooning problem when urinating that resulted in a circumcision. To this day I don't know what that was, as I've never asked my parents, I'm 22. To me it's really the glans that makes the skin more sensitive, rather than the other way around.
