Please try to write something down on paper before you start filming. Your improv isn't good enough to carry a 3 and half minute bit. Maybe try some stuff out with friends before you start videotaping your scenes. They don't really have focus, and they lead nowhere. But good luck with everything, I guess.

Constructive critism is what you want? OK, here goes... spend some time writing out your skits, because your dialogue and acting sux, if this is all improv, then stop it cause it ain't working. Maybe set yourself up a brain trust to bounce ideas off of, cause your bits don't look like you put a lot of time into them.
