A good psychic is a psychic who can do as he/she advertises under controlled conditions in a properly designed test which does not allow for cold reading, Barnum effect, pre-existing knowledge, playing 20 questions, etc. In short, a test which does not allow for cheating in the ways psychics usually cheat.
