A better way is to fake with the front hand, and like regular circular fighting(such as instinctive striking known as boxing) use the back hand to follow and be augmented by the front hands half attack(think half jab followed by a chop to the jugular or vegas nerve instead of a cross). Also, this can be a lethal move in that it can rupture the jugular and make him bleed to death on the inside as well.
