  • everyone is a hardgainer

  • @SimonRalph

YEah.. I used to be skinny guy here

until I found this popular site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

and it did what it promised! I

gain a lot of muscles in just a

    short weeks. You should also

try this man!because a lot of

    ladies this days prefer mascular

    man. Dont lose hope!

  • 6'3 160lbs. What body type would you say i am. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi All,

I'm building an online community for weight lifters, specifically hard gainers. Come check me out when you get the chance. Check out my website (feedyourflex).com Thanks for the support!

    -Mike

  • Yeah black people have different muscle fibers stimulated while performing weight training.

  • Ectomorphs always look the best after putting on muscle

  • I'm asian, auto hard-gainer T_T

  • Hello! I am 20 years old and my height is 5 feet 8 inches and weight is 144 lbs. I have worked out for a year and now I am looking to increase some serious muscle mass.So I was advised to train only for 3 alternate days a week with high intensity. Now,my question is that what should be my protein intake on the days that I dont workout?

  • dude how u do that. im an ectomorph and been lifting regularly but still skinny.

  • You're not a hard gainer or an ectomorph for that matter, gaining that much size in 6 months is really impressive, did you take any supplements?

  • nice vid.. keep it up

  • Will die struggling to make ends meet...in life no two people are equal...not anyone 2 people of the same race are the same! I am an ectomorph and my brother is buff as shit. He never touched a weight in his life? Now how can I sit there and blame genetics? Yes in black? You people sound so ignorant...

  • First off, metabolism can be altered and 2nd...some people have overactive thyroid problems and underactive thyroid which they can't control without medical attention...

Also everyone bodies are different, some people develop faster than other people and some people are under developed despite what they eat...it's human nature, not everyone is the same. It's not fare no, but some people are born closer to the finish line than others...

Just like how Paris Hilton was born rich and some of us w

  • you are no ectomorph my friend... you are a mesomorph

  • @adfadfewfrewafawefaw 100% ectomorph or mesomorph is very rare

  • your dad stepped in at 0:22 and 0:44

  • im not impressed hes black

  • fair shout, did you use protein shakes?

  • do you only train at home?

  • All over the world there are problems with racism. Not just America. Open your eyes.

  • Black genes lol..Only in America is every1 concerned with colour..All I see is a human who put a lot of work and thought into his body..Very inspiring mate, keep up the good work...

  • niger mother fucka xD!

  • yep i agree with the comments, your not a hard gainer. those black genes kicked in fast.

  • what was your work outs composed of. I too am a ectomorph and i have a excellent diet and supplements down pat but i am just wondering what other ectomorphs are doing when working out

  • wow, we're quite similar - I'm ectomorph and I started off at 145lbs at 5'10, and after about 8 months, I'm 184lbs. I don't look ripped though, and I know fat is responsible for a good proportion of my weight (poor understanding of diet), but I'll start cutting when I reach 200.

Good video btw - these types of vids have definitely given me motivation and belief to build myself up.

  • 0:41 troll face :D

  • @alwaysanthony loser excuses

  • @alwaysanthony Prejudice.... All black people can't build muscle easily ! Couldn't you just say well done instead of coming up with a puny excuse like that ?

  • @alwaysanthony There 22 people you that don't understand shit about genes, stop saying idiocies. Black people don't own the "gene of muscle", go educate yourself and come back to post wise and logical comments you tard.

Good job @wingless, your willingness gave you wings.

  • @kroooassant lol, half the people i workout with are black. some are trainers, and others are just random people getting fit. the random people getting fit look jacked. and the trainers could be in magazines.

i'm 130 lbs benching 225 squatting 225 and deadlifting 245. all for 1 rep maxes. i eat a shit load, and never gain weight. thats called genetics.

  • @alwaysanthony Look at the horizon and tell me if from what you see the earth is flat or round.

I invite you to look on internet on reliable source for gene migration, you ll understand it's a little bit more complicated than what you see. now go on google and look for "why genes don't count?" select the first article, it's a PhD publication.

  • @alwaysanthony and read the Pdf, it's like 2 pages.

  • @alwaysanthony If you trust only what you see tell me about that drug free drug free asian guy, on youtube type roughneckasian. So what now asian have better genes?

  • @kroooassant there are dominant and recessive genes.

  • Comment removed

  • @alwaysanthony yes but it has nothing to do with the color of your skin.

  • @kroooassant you're dumb, please stop. skin tone is correlated with genes.

  • @alwaysanthony L2read buddy.

  • @alwaysanthony thumbs up x1000

  • @alwaysanthony wait im black, r genes on my side?........lol

  • Great job! Very motivational

  • Thanks for putting me on right place! It's true that you can't make any excuse I just have to work a little bit harder than others but I will reach my goal! ;)

  • Iam getting tired of so many people calling themself "Hardgainer", man looks like you got the afro genes in you body that faster your muscle metobolism. I have worked my ass of and had a great diet so far (5 months) and even I have not gained 3 inch bigger arm or bulked up. Like Scooby (youtube) says that building up muscle takes time. Nice progress man! ^^

  • @adlemoss I agree, building actual muscle is a slow process. At the time, I got alot of begginer gains + the usual increase in glycogen so i gained alot of weight quite quickly. And I was following a 'bulking' style of diet so my body fat did increase a little so it all adds up. These days my gains are slower and steady, and thats what it's all about, keeping focused, dedicated and consistent. A few pounds of actual muscle in the right places does wonders for ones frame. Keep up the hard work!

  • @wingless87 you're african. you know how easy it is to build muscle when you're black? you guys could do 20 pushups a day and be ripped in a week.

  • @adlemoss thats nice but there is such a thing as hardgainers cause iv trained them theres a big difference in the ectomoph body type than the other types their progress can be very slow especially if they dont train right.

  • @adlemoss your expectations are too high.... 3 inches in 5 months isnt happenin..... especially if youve been lifting for a while.

  • well done - but did you train legs??

  • @MrRyan200 Yup, I worked legs pretty hard. Especially with squats and stiff-legged dead lifts. I neglected my calves though.

  • @wingless87 stiff leg dead lift works ur erector spinae not ur legs...

  • fuck the haters dude! I don't even know you and I'm mad proud of you for your progress, It's crazy difficult for skinny people like you and me to get to an impressive size, and you did it! Beast mode! Keep it up bro!

  • sparta! jajaj

  • It´s funny that so many people claim they are hard gainers. Gaining muscles is hard for everyone!

  • @voodoochild234 seriusly it's not the same for everyone, I just need to eat allot and only work out 30min every day to gain muscle, + two times a week with cardio training. But one of my friends have been going to gym for a year almost every day in the week, and he has only gained some few pounds

  • @voodoochild234 its even harder for hard gainers. hence the title "hard gainers"

  • @voodoochild234 lol ur jsut trying to copy the top rated comments to get thumbs up

  • @voodoochild234 nope, slightly true but not tryin to be arrogant or nothin but do some studies my friend, there are 3 types of bodies, tall, lanky, boney Ectomorphs they burn fat quickly but gain muscle very very slowly and must eat alot, and then your average joe healthy living medium-tall height Mesomorphs who eat ahealthy diet and stay fit, and then theres the endomorphs large boned "fat" looking people who can gain muscle quick but still have a hard time burning fat,

  • @voodoochild234 Yes it is, but it is still a hell of a lot harder for ectomorphs

  • im an ectomorph i weight trained in highschool, home, and with friends, while doing a 100 push ups everyday for a 1yr 1/2 went fom 90lb bench 2 180lb bench my weight 110 to 135 some ppl think i was on steriods because i also went from 5'3 to 5'7 in that time frame im now 140 doing 205lb

  • He's not ectomorph at all. I'm a perfect ectomorph. 1.8m tall and weighing just 55kg. I got small shoulder frame. Long lean bones with lean muscles on it. low fat.

  • @PirateKing1256 I got the same body as you, you just need to eat more. 6 months ago I was 184cm 58kg, now I am 186- 66 kg. 145 pounds. I went from 90 in bench to 150 and I haven't worked hard at all. Just eat more

  • thats not ectomorph xD

  • you could do bether!

Do you do any cardio? actually do you ever run around the block!

  • black bruce lee 0:28

  • Guys you should look up what the base body of an ectomorph is before saying he isn't an ectomorph, He is an ectomorph and a hard gainer. If you looked early in the video he has the base body 100%. He built up his base body so he does not look like an ectomorph anymore but he is underneath.

  • dude i'm so impressed. i wanna bust out of my nerd body now.

  • Great results man

  • would you fucking stop it with the ectomorph discussions?endo, mezo or ectomorph they all can have amazing results with a proper diet and good exercise. If smth an ectomorph has better results than the others because he only puts on lean muscle.Everyone nowadays wants to be a fucking ectomorph even if they are a fucking tub of lard.

  • got news for you buddy if u get that big that quickly ur not an ectomorph

  • @TheRulaBaby He is an ectomorph.... didn't you even watch the video?? he showed his before picture...

  • Taimak?

  • Good improvement. Keep up the hard work!

  • great progress bro!

  • Nice one brutha

  • Good work bro I am also an ectomorph and have been working out

For 2 months, it's a lot hard when u want to see results overnight.

  • What type of diet did you do? I'm an ectomorph and I'm currently "Skinny Fat". I find eating enough clean calories to be hard as fuck. Tell me you did a bit of "dirty" eating!!

  • Dude do you really need to drink supplements? because I also have ectomorph type of body?

  • il titolo della canzone?

  • He started with 143lbs at 6'2''.His sure a hard gainer

  • Sparta!!!

  • you look like Bruce lee

  • ur skinny

  • you are not ecto

  • Wow, nice job man. How much weight did you gain?

  • Good vid, better song

  • Black genetics. U gained A LOT of lean muscle in four months man. Way more than me.

  • Are you sure you were an ectomorph? It could be just genetics, im black and a lot of black people gain muscle so easily its unreal, maybe the fact that you started training regualrly and seriously instead of on and off was the reason why you bulked up and not because of the supplements and training techniques.

  • Nice progress man. Nice theme song lol :-)

  • Great job man. Lookin' good. I'm an ectomorph on the same road. 3 months in! You're an inspiration man. -Shane

  • It's frustrating having a 70% ectomorph build. I've been working pretty hard on my body lately and only improve very slowly, it sucks.

I'm naturally fast and can jump around good because i have a build suited for that but i want to look good dammit lol.

I think my build is like 70% ectomorph 20% endomorph 10% mesomorph. Not sure though.

  • Haha SPARTA! Love it cause it's exactly what I would do. I'm good with the working out part of being an ectomorph but not with the dieting. Could you send me an example of what one a day of your dieting consisted of? I'd appreciate it man, thanks.

  • buena man

  • Nice!

  • Dumbasses hes black we grow muscle fast

  • well done, did you use protein shakes?

  • @watvid1 Yeah i did at the time, and weight gainer shakes.

  • @watvid1

protein shakes gives you energy to train and get rid of the pain you get after the workout, protein shakes are not muscle potions lol

  • I don't get why you think you're a "hardgainer".

  • Leave your thoughts and views to this in the comments. I'm thinking about making a debating vid based on this, something like "weight and size vs lean muscle mass and looking ripped". It'll be interesting to see everybody's views on what they believe is more important. Also I should have a new transformation update vid coming soon :) .

  • @wingless87 waight and size is the most important in my opinion lol great vid btw

  • @wingless87 I think balance is the key. A well sized body, not too buffed, not too skinny, works best. Too oversized makes one look weird and also makes one look older. This might be an advantage when you're 20, but when you turn 30 you'll look 40 and that's not fun (note that I'm talking about huge, bulky guys here). I prefer the body of that russian guy in Rockandrolla. But even a bit buffed up I think would be ok. Just don't become friggin' Ronnie Coleman.

  • That's usually because a good looking physique usually comes down to waist and shoulder circumferance (arms will tend to develop in proportion to shoulder circumferance). The two need to be balanced and relative to your hieght. But you could argue that in everyday life waist size isn' that important as we are usally wearing shirts and t-shirts so only our apparant size and muscle mass are seen which higher bodyfat can positively contribute to. It makes it an interesting subject for debate.

  • @wingless87

Lol. Your intelligent comment "That's usually because a...." really shows you're an ectomorph. Building mass may be harder, but ectomorphs are the most intelligence one mostly..

  • Ofcourse, weight and size are relative but there are too many corrupting factors when trying to measure lean muscle mass through weight such as body fat and water. You could even have 2 people; one with a higher ratio of muscle on his legs and the other who has built the majority of his lean muscle on his upper body. The one who has predomanantly built his legs will likely weigh more as lower body makes up slightly over half of your muscle mass but the second guy will likely look better.

  • In my opinion people should focus less on putting on "weight" and focus on building lean muscle in terms of measurements. Thats why i follow a "ratio" based method of measureming my progress. Basically if my waist measurement stays where it is (ideally 45% of my hieght in inches) as my shoulder circumferance and arm size increases then it's lean muscle mass. How well you look is more imortant than how much you weigh for what most people are trying to achieve.

  • Very inspiring! Keep it up man.

  • Whats the song name?

  • well dun bro great progress keep it up

  • Good job man! This gives me hope and motivation. By the way great song for the video.

  • good job love the humor !!

  • What sources did you study? You seemed to have done very well on your own. I started out on my own as well--working my way down from 110 kg to 85 kg with a 77 kg lbmi. However, I'm very thick-skinned and my muscles only show (and separate) when I flex them. (Funny thing is:I'm small-boned and was stick-thin most of my life). I can press my bodyweight, well, 95% anyway..but I can't get anything like the definition you've got.. You've done very well, I'm impressed. You must be very strong by now.

  • Although you were slim before you started, I don't think that you're an ecto since you made pretty good gains

  • Good video. Keep up the good work. Love this song from The Karate Kid "Keep Lifting Daniel Son"

  • SPARTA~!!!!

  • lol Sparta! Congrats man you did it! :)

  • hey umm cool that your results are good just wondering who wrote that song and the title cant find it anywhere wondering if I had the wrong information

  • lol damn how tall r u nigger

  • dude if you gained so much weight in so little time then you are not a hardgainer. an average gain per year of strict bodybuilding and diet is about 3-5 kg of muscle mass. you gained more than that in a few months

  • lol karate kid music

  • hardgainer? hell no you arent. most black dudes are not hardgainers.

  • @Whiteman530 What are you basing that on?

  • You're not an ectomorph and you're not a hardgainer

  • you're allright man

  • yesss babe sparta !!!for glory i love love it

  • Good job, but if you gain 25 pounds of muscle in a couple of months then you're not really a hardgainer...

  • @EvraOne It is impossible to gain 25 pounds muscle in couple month.. if your very lucky you can gain 7 -8 pounds a year but never 25 pounds..

  • @feyzu not true at all i'm an ectomorph and junior year of highschool i weighed 145 and within 7 months i was at 185 after lifting three hours a day. It doesn't have to do with just body composition and type but also genetics, proper diet and proper rest.

  • @SVNsoldier Damn.. that sounds so impossible.. are you drinking proteinshakes ? and how often a day ?

  • @feyzu I drank protein only once a day within an hour after working out and eating snacks all day constantly to replenish energy.

  • @feyzu less you dont take roids that is

  • @Doderhultarn89 lol no roids here friend. I think from sources i've looked at the most lean muscle a person can gain a year is about upto 12 pounds. So realistically some of what i gained was bodyfat and water from following a bulking diet. My views on bulking have changed since then and after cutting down i'm alot lighter (176lbs) but looking very ripped which i prefer. My measurements are still very close to where they were just before cutting apart from my waist size being way smaller lol.

  • @feyzu thats BS my freind gained 20 ponds in 1 month

  • @feyzu micheal locket put on 23 lbs of muscle in one year naturally, no other man can do that though, he's a myostatin freak who shouldnt even be aloud to compete naturally.

  • @feyzu I have gained 30kg in 18 months but it's not all muscles (12% body fat) and I was sickly under weight before I started working out.

  • Woohoo! Do you listen to Scooby too? Lmfao, I swear, he's getting to everyone's heads.

  • @feyzu

It could have been because he's a beginner. Plus clean diet and a good workout with plenty of rest can make you gain alot as well...

  • @feyzu I'm a an ectomorph, and i gained about 30 pounds in about 5 months

  • @feyzu I gained about 30 pounds in about 5 months ...

  • @iheartpamela How that Possible ? are you a hardgainer ? I am an hardgainer and I have very big problem to gain mass and muscles. do you have some advice for me ? Are you reccomending weight gainers ?

  • @feyzu Hey feyzu, everyone is different, but hopefully this will help just a bit :)

I lifted heavy weights, and did cardio on my days off. I also ate 4-6 small meals a day. In addition to eating, I also drank about 3 protein shakes a day to help with muscle mass. Usually one in the morning, one after my workout, and one at night. I continued this even on my days off.

The important thing is I kept going at it. I kept lifting weights uintil I could lift heavier weights. I kept eating.

  • @iheartpamela Thanks for the reply mate

  • @feyzu i gained 15 pounds in 4 months...

  • @KyUuTiP then you're probably either an incredibly lucky endomorph or steroiduser or a liar.

  • @Dalaryna not really... i just lifted everyday (with good technique) and ate lots of protien and carbs.

  • @feyzu Tell that to Taylor Lautner, who gained 26 pounds in less than a year...

  • @Un1234l that twilight bitch had his personal trainer who helped him out with nutrition and all that shit. i would also gain 26 pounds in less than a year, in that case

  • @feyzu Yeah I know. I was just saying because it seems like that thought slipped your mind when you said it was impossible. Also, he had beginner gains...

  • @feyzu

its possible if its your first year of working out and you diet properly

  • @feyzu hmm really eh, ive been seeing some really slow process. I thought i was doing something wrong, not eating enough or something. But ur saying just wait it out?

  • @feyzu Actually without steroids you can gain about 5 pounds of muscle a month.

  • From Eddie Murphy to Wesley Snipes.

    Nice haircut!

  • can i ask that how many calories you took daily when you were 'dieting' for toning? :)

  • gangsta physique =)

  • Great progress man. I'm also an ectomorph and when I first started training a year ago I was like 72kg. Now one year later I'm 103kg. So keep up the great work :)

  • great transformation man. im happy to see these sort of success stories!

  • Hmm, if you didn't work out before, I don't think you are too much ectomorph.

I would suggest you got some mesomorph qualities as well, judging by the incredible speed you gained those muscles.

    Awesome results, keep it up!

  • What procedure did u go through to get like this?

  • @Damour5H Check out the comments section on my channel, i explain most of what i did there near the bottom.

  • nice.

  • congrats mate. how many calories a day? What lifting routine worked for you?

  • Remember heavy weights build size and strength, as lower weights will help tone.

  • whats an ectomorph?

  • I bet you got a lot of power ^^

  • Wow man, that inspires me not to give up. I wasn't even going to try, I thought I would be skinny forever. I'm going to go for it too

  • Great Video and excellent result mate! Keep it up

  • no such thing as an ectomorph

  • @mikesomething

    idiot

  • Damn man, I have a same body type as you, I wish I can get to look like that as well, awesome transformation, can you share any tips? I try to eat as much as I can but im stuck on 60 kg for the past 2 months.

  • @TenguMT u should also eat right (like 150gr of protein a day, 3500 calories a day)

and train every day, for most upper body muscles you should do about 9[3x3] to 16[4x4] sets, good luck with training

  • EY broz im 21 im wondering what tips you have for us hardgainers looking to improve ourselves.
