the aids difference can be attributed to aids origining in the black comunity and the genetic tendancies for blacks to be more vulnerable to aids and whites to be more resistent to it naturally

Latino is not a Race and is not counted as such by the USA census

@LatinosarenotaRace I agree w/ u that Latino is not a race. Go to 0:41, I said there is only one race--the human race. People "construct" race--see 0:38, it's a human invention, not biological. The census uses the "legal" word Hispanic. But many groups prefer Latino. It's a political issue.

It is no doubt race is a social constuct but so is everything else in life!It is human nature to have dividing lines among people whether it is religion tribalism etc etc Being a Race does not equate to being racist or hating other races but in most cases particullry on this continent where you have all races living side by side it means a culturally origin that binds individual from where we originate whether that is somebody who is East Asian European Black African etc etc
