I liked ur speech and glad to hear ur professional background. You have a strong convincing voice to influence people but even after making so many speeches to so many conferences it seems u still have to read from a script under ur cam. There is no problem with that but ur failure to "align" eye with the audience is creating negative brand image of ur personal brand as a consultant. Perhaps u would like to redo it with proper lighting, memorization and less vibrant body language/NLP. good luck
