Is this an American kid? He's amazingly good! I thought America had a rule saying no child under 16 can engage in gymnastics because they might stub their toe and be scarred for the rest of their lives. I'm being facitious here BUT I just wanted to emphasize how we Americans tend to OVERprotect our youth and actually prevent them from reaching their full potential. But this young man, wherever he's from, is great!
Like I say, I'm just being facitious but Americans tend to OVERprotect children. No, I don't think there's any rule saying no child under 16 can engage in gymnastics BUT I think there MIGHT be a rule prohibiting a child under 16 to COMPETE in gymnastics. Of course, this is a farce considering if they're allowed to practice gymnastics, then what sense is there in not allowing them to compete?
