@SmoothCriminalAaron Actualy yeah, you need to get permission from the North Korean, South Korean, and US governments, sign a waiver, create a schedual approved be all three gorernments, sign a few forms, and get a viza. It's doesn't happen often, but the North Korean government does accept tourists.

Besides, from my experience most visiters to NK are either from China or the US so you'll have to run you'r plans through some sort of major government either way.
