answering EVERYTHING:

1- I'm brasilian. CAPOEIRA IS A FIGHT, AND A DANCE. we dont "fight" capoeira, nor "dance" capoeira, we PLAY capoeira.

2-SMALL SPACES are like "challenges" to capoeira. good capoeiristas CAN move in small spaces.its part of the training.

3-capoeira origins are in Africa,but it was created in Brasil. part of Brasil's culture is brought by African slaves.

4-its a PACIFIC art. Uses SPEED n strenght, WITHOUT HURTING a fighter

@oroge hey man. I've never really fought it, but my mother has, and I think many brazilian people know the story behind it. I'm sorry but I don't know the name of the track. btw, in this video, they're not really fighting each other, only showing up some skills. and believe me, it CAN hurt if nescessary, but the whole point is that it won't be nescessary xD

well, there is a big difference between doing a show of capoiera and playing capoeira

when any martial art does a show for people, its flashy, alot of this is impractical in a fight obviously. But there are kicks and dodges that can be used in actual fighting

You said it's a dance and a dance is a art. But i's a king a fight, martial. Brazilian slaves used it to kill them masters and scape. So, it's a martial art.

You could tell this is not effective for a MMA and bla bla bla, but it's a martial art!
