But Charlie, you attended a 3 day seminar with Mikhail, Vladimir and Daniel in Tokyo 3 years ago. Why did you not approach these gentlemen with your doubts then? You certainly had the chance.
Then you would have been able to say "I know.." rather than "I believe.."

But, yes.. Systema puch is damned heavy. I experienced that. Only that ! No "WOW" things so far for me yet..

I did. I approached Michael and asked him to punch me with different effects.. on the last day of seminar.
I asked him to put me in to sleep, laugh or cry (like the one i saw on DVD).. but he didnt,... he just laughed, and punched me lightly on my guts.
Yes his hand is so heavy... even he moved slowly and touched my lightly, i can feel the mass is penetrating..
But thats it..
i experienced no such "unbelievable experience", like sleep, laugh nor cry.
So, the answer is,.. yes, i did asked.
