The footwork is on an X-pattern and it teaches fighting while your wrists are bound together. If you know it, would you upload a video of it? I used to do it regularly but have now forgotten it. This forms called Sun Bin Quan named after the famous military strategist who lived during the Warring States Period in ancient China.
