Wow, what a great documentary. Im not sure if you could help me with this but Im a film student looking to shoot part of a scene for a production Im directing somewhere in downtown hamilton. We're a very small crew and we don't need to lock down an area on the street. We're also only going to shoot for a few hours creating no obstructions. Do you think we will need any permits from the city to legally shoot? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
