i was in anti reg in heroic mode i hae 6\10 regul. gamma so i have hulk but there are 2 missions special pro reg for thor and jean and right now i have 4\5 objects for jean and 4\5 for thor that's why i start a new game in super heroic >< ^^

thanks for some of the locations but the Thor item in the fight with Titanium man turned out to be a gamma regulator instead so I have 6 M'Kraans, 6 gamma regulators and only 4 asgardian runes.

Cap, Luke Cage and Iron Fist= Anti-Reg

For everyone else you can use whoever you want, and in second playthroughs you can use all characters in any playthrough. That's not to say you'll get all costumes and boosts/ what have you for that character.

You can unlock them by entering cheat codes. For Hulk enter Down, Left(2), Up, Right, Up, Down, Left, Start. You will be able to save your game progress of course.
