You never told your viewers that the rim of the jar (where you dribbled some liquid) should be perfectly clean and dry before placing the lid on the rim of the jar.

umm..you do realize that your sterilizing, and using the wrong end of the jar lifter. but i do like that rack/sheet pan idea...thanks!
