It is illegal by Federal law in America to call anyone His Excellency,Honorable or any other non-academic title.The only ones allowed ar "President",Senator", "Congressman/woman", ambassador ...no bullshit like "His Excellency Hon President Mwai Kifucky, MP commander in chief...bullshit"...why should we address Kibaki as commander in chief yet we know he is...really feudal system of thinking

Don't call them no doctors and Hon call them masters of bullshit. Thats why foreigners will always have a filled day messing with us you can see the UK and US ambassadors are doing here, remember the Arturs brothers that terrorized us so much? Kenya will give a foreigner more power than its own citizen. Check it out the folks in 2.22 to 2.37 are from southern US lol.

I ask myself the same question, Kibaki is his excellency mama lucy is her excellency, my ambassador here is his excellency yet I don't here Obama or any other US president before him and their wives being refered in such titles.
