i live close to falmouth, (place called Feock), and remember swimming with these sharks last year. best experience of the summer! even though their plankton eaters their still 30ft + and scary! i have footage of my friend swimming with them. will try and load it up soon!
this isnt fake @ callumranger...last year i was surfing in cornwall with my brother and a friend and someone came out to warn us that 4 basking shars were swimming arround us and not to be scared. they came within 2-3 metres of me..they are harmless and do come to cornwall LOADS!
Number one basking sharks arent dangerous and number 2 the great white shark they saw off the coast of cornwall turned out to be a basking because they both have white speckles all over there body and it was even on the news,,,

It is genuine, filmed by me and I can vouch for it.
It is absolutely typical basking shark behaviour, they swim around like this often inshore in warm shallows.
