I've seen a hacker get into someone's account and send out e-mails like the person is stuck in another country on vacation and had phone stolen. Luckily I am poor so I can't send this person money and also we were just in the same class together, so I know there is no way she would send me something like that. But if that was like my family members, I think theres a chance they could send the money.
